      turmeric tea me ager sirf water , turmeric and black pepper he to le sakte he .... if you add ghee / coconut oil to nai le sakte ... then you must take in eating phase.

      Par ek doubt hai, can we break the fast with mixed vegetables followed by mixed fruit bowl and then have main meal!? Coz, Ayurvedic mein bolte hai ki khaane ke baad fruits nahi leni chaahiye..     Well its been one month im on omad i have started from 113 and right now im 103 in average i have loss 10 kgs in one month in this one month i never did Exercise And i ate everyday what is cook in house everything but make sure to eat balance not excessive my goal is to be 70 which im gonna turn this November

    People asking if they can have lemon juice , coconut water or any “healthy food” during fasting please understand that those things have calories in them, if you consume calories, you are no longer in the fasting stage!
    I’ve lost 20 kgs using OMAD a year back(in 2 months) , that’s why I gave suggestion.

    I am now doing interminent fasting from 1 month and i lost almost 7kgs from tomorrow i will follow omad diet for this month of shrawan hope for the best results i am 71kgs now. And yes i do workout for 1 hour a day.

    By following this non-veg diet plan could I loose 10kg in 15 days, with 30 minutes liit workout & 30 minutes relaxation yoga(total 1 hour workout)? Also I'm currently on my periods so, still can I follow this plan?

      sorry you can never lose 10 kgs in 10 - 15 days and become healthy .. these are internet frauds.
      you need 45 mins intense workout and 15 mins light streching .
      you can follow this plan on periods.

    Such an informative video!! Helped me to fully understand omad diet. Thank you!! I have a question tho, can this meal be consumed any time of the day? Even at night? Normally i hear people say to not eat anything at night or avoid dinner is it the same case for omad diet? I absolutely cannot sleep being hungry thus i have decided to fast all day and eat at night. Please let me know if this is wrong to do. 😊

      yes you can decide your 1 hour time for eating , it could be anytime during the day or late eveining . Idially you shoul have your meal atleast 3 hours before sleeping time ... so have your dinner accordingly.

      in omad , you can have potatoes . If you have a choice , go for more of green veggies or bright colour veggies. as it reduces the risk of nutrient deficiencies. hence preferred. brown rice - 100 to 150 gms cooked ..

I make sure eat in afternoon so by the time I feel hungry I am in bed by 9pm and it didn't made me feel tired and hungry at all.     Why not white rice tho? Even tho it's high carb given that we eat a lot of other things other than rice it would be easier as other foods are easy to obsorb

      actually rice is easy to digest and moves to the intestine faster , and thus you may feel hungry with only 1 meal a day to eat , this will make you feel hungry .. hence its not here .. also this is just a sample plan ... and not everything can be mentiones ...

      600 calories - 7-00 calories le ... utana kafi he .. non - veg kha sakte he , koi problem nahi he .. khane ko sab kha sakte he buss total calorie intake ko sambhalna hoga.

    I love to eat lamb or beef at least 4 times a week.wrong I was so gasy all the time, I was farting like 30 time a day after omad trust me I got better, but I stopped drinking tea, indian milky tea.

    I want to look good in my wedding which is on 16th Feb. I only walk in the morning for 2 hours.

      yes very much possible. However , you have not mentioned your height , so i cant tell if your goal is realistic in terms of your height and weight ratio.

      you can eat both roti and rice ... in omad , you must eat a wide variety of food to ensure proper nutrition. so dont stick with only rice ... or only roti ...

      you can do this as long as your body tolerates ... many people adapt it as a lifestyle .. however , after 2 months , it will become essential to yuse certain supplements to keep away from deficiencies . hence for a safe call, follow it for 1-2 months only .

      Yes definitely because this diet works on reducing the frequency of eating which helps with insulin production .
      And research says that wieght gain has less to do with calories and it's more to do with insulin
      That's why keto diet is so useful but u can't follow it regularly because of too much restrictions
      This is best and can eat what u want just avoid sweets ( it's not healthy) .
      One modification u can do take 2 meal a day
      One meal keto ( like egg omelettes with cheese) and 2nd meal normal like eat anything but try to avoid sweets or less sweets .
      This way u can follow it easily
      And keto meal will not spike insulin
