What To Eat On OMAD For An Amazing Transformation is a video that breaks down how you can eat one meal a day successfully following a method that I have used for years. One meal a day is a common strategy that many people find to work very well for them as they are trying to improve their health. I have personally used one meal a day for many years and find it to be a great strategy for overall health and wellbeing. OMAD can successfully be used by anyone in good health as a strategy to further improve your baseline health.
One meal a day is a great way to start improving your health naturally. This strategy has transformed the lives of many people who follow this channel. The omad diet is one that is effortless, requiring those who follow it to do nothing other than simply change eating pattern so they eat only at night. My omad diet before and after results were amazing for the very minimal effort put into following this simple to follow diet.

This is not true, you dont crush your metabolism by eating 900 calories a day, not if you are doing OMAD, only if you eat 3-4 times a day, because she is in a fasting state, her body will derive the calories from her fat, her body will not lower the metabolism, i eat 1000 calories per day, and lost so far 10kg, my metabolism is WAY higher than before, before i could feel the food in my stomach for over a day especially after eating heavy things, now it takes 4 hours and i dont feel like anything is in my stomach anymore.

To be honest, sticking with OMAD was never a matter of discipline for me. It's way easier than dieting or anything else. I eat healthy food once a day, till I'm full and feel good, no sugar except for a piece or two of fresh fruit, and then for 23 hours I don't even think about food, it's totally out of my mind. I don't worry about snacking or cooking or anything related to food. Dieting... now that takes discipline, and constant willpower to not eat, it's torture. OMAD is so liberating, and I enjoy my food mindfully instead of always feeling like I'm not full.

You're correct, you can't eat whatever you want. Ive been fasting 20 hours a day for years, and my first meal is a large salad with spinach leaves, grilled asparagus (or zucchini), coriander, shallots, parsley etc. Then I eat a main meal. I quit coffee and transitioned to vegatarian diet two years ago. I look years younger than my age, have huge amounts of energy and my ability to focus is off the charts. I walk 10km (6mi) everyday day. It takes months for your body to adjust to intermittent fasting so be patient and disciplined. I started with 16:8 years ago and then move up to 20:4. But doing OMAD is the easiest thing i've ever done. It's 100 times easier to do than Keto, i can only do keto for a month, never been able to do it more. But OMAD is not even an effort, thats why it's sustainable. When you start out it's hard the first week. after that it's easy

That's not sound, not healthy, and I can't help but wonder where they are going to end up long term. I don't need as many calories as you, however, which is fortunate because I cannot imagine being able to eat all that food! I'm definitely somewhere in the middle, and I have just finished my 8th day on OMAD and coincidentally have balanced my macros just like you suggest. Hoping this works out for me!

I do low calorie OMAD 5 days a week and cheat on the weekends. This has really worked for me. I cheat on the weekends to be able to enjoy foods I love while still losing weight. I'm not as healthy as the Dr. here and I don't drink coffee, but I know this OMAD diet is working. I wasn't sure at first because I was watching the scale. It seemed like pounds were coming off suoer slow, but when I tried on some pants and bras that had not fit for YEARS they were fitting! If I feel hungry during the day, I have 1/2 or a full Atkins shake around noon and then eat around 6 or 7 (I get home sometimes a little late). My husband thinks I'm starving myself, but I don't feel sick or dizzy and I don't feel like I'm ready to eat a horse at the end of the day. YES, discipline is key, but I treat my weekends as something to look forward to which helps keep me focused during the week. If you want to try this diet, DO! If you think it would be too hard, start slow. Eat 2 meals a day instead, they do have other versions like eating every 7 hours or 4 (you'll want to look that up).
Last night I had frozen hash browns with onions and peppers cooked in spray oil, a slice of toast with spray butter, 2 scrambled eggs and 2 Serve n' Ready sausages= 550 calories. I ate slow and felt very satisfied all night. Another night I had almost a whole bag of mixed greens with low calorie raspberry dressing, crumbled blue cheese and sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and crab raisins and a slice of the frozen french bread = 600 calories. Do what's healthy and best for you, but tailor it so you can enjoy it too.

I couldn't do keto for that long, no wonder you need electrolytes, I think the kidneys will be dumping salt etc after a certain period - if you did a quality carb OMAD you'd be able to do 1600 to 2000 and build muscle and maintain it as well, I tried this kind of Carni with more fat than normal for a few days and it trashed my digestion, I have hiatal hernia and acid reflux problems, sparkling water give me reflux, coffee as well unless there is some milk to bind the coffee somewhat, we all have different bodies of course or disease processes going on I suppose, I also have depression/anxiety and dont seem to do well with low carb, I feel much better when I have a decent amount of carbs.

Today I did 5aside football at lunch with workmates, then when I got home I prepped my food and did 50 low squats, 35 pressups, 2min glute bridge and 1.5min plank. Then I ate a 8oz steak, a good sized fillet of salmon, some white fish (1 fillet of haddock) and 2 roasted sweet potatoes.
