Modern men have no standards. While all of what you say is true, I never hear you talking about what standards men should have for choosing wives. That's the male equivalent of the constant female shit tests and it's the most important 'test' of all...
Men are supposed to be the leaders, the ones who set the standard. Marrying used up women (women with any number body count) is the biggest shit test fail for men. 99% of modern women have a list of ex hook ups and relationships, this shouldn't be acceptable when it comes to them being wife material. The only reason these women are still getting married is because men have no standards/scarcity mindset. Womens good looks dont last long, that's why the most value they bring to the table is their purity and loyalty.
There's a reason female virginity was held in such high regard throughout the ages. It's only in the last 40 years or so that men have lowered their standards to such a degree that even so called high value men are marrying used up women. Until the top % of men (the ones women desire the most) refuse to marry non virgins, things will only get worse.

Don't be afraid of losing the balance, the test is not about how solid you are but how fast you can recover. Lot of these advices come off as hacks, but the best way is to actually be self aware, honest with your feelings, accept weaknesses etc.

I had a girl (yes she was girl mentally and really insecure apparently) reject me as a test last year, or least I think it was one of her stupid tests. I had given her my number to test her myself if she was really interested, but no message ever came so I started just ignoring her the few times we ran into each other, before she did what I assume was a test. Could see from her face those few times how she was expecting me to come chasing after her. Was so funny to see from corner of my eye how her face literally just went "o_O wtf did he really just ignore me" when I walked past her those few times.
The 3rd time we ran into each other she was visibly really nervous, giggling and squirming like crazy, then she just told me what sounded like rehearsed line "I haven't lost your number or anything, but I unfortunately already got a bf" really giggling like crazy. Not really my loss there, I was giving her a chance to get to know me better. I think the most important thing is being comfortable in your own skin. I know it's easier said than done, but you won't need to overanalyze anything if you have that mentality. I understand the need for them to test. I enjoy the tests actually. It's a good way to show my indifference and to show them they are in fact, easily replaceable.
