Not sure how I 'stumbled' upon Danny. Doesn't particularly matter. I have followed the 'male improvement' content for a long time, and Danny's approach is solid. Informative, concise, valuable, and mature. He is not the stereotypical bombastic, in-your-face 'Red Pill' or wannabe 'Alpha' jerkweed that is so prevalent in this space.
    I'll continue to watch...

The first point about becoming more dangerous is so crucial, I started Muay Thai a year ago and my world changed drastically. Learning how to defend myself brought a sense of comfort and confidence that's unmatched, it's a humbling experience(since everyone thinks they can fight) that everyone should at least try or know the how to do. Great video overal!

I couldn’t agree more regarding social skills. It’s so important to be able to read a room and have in depth conversations.

I really enjoyed this video. It resonated with me in a few ways. I agree that "becoming more dangerous" and learning how to fight to protect yourself makes you more confident as a masculine man. It is also attractive to women or a partner that you can protect them.
As a BJJ white belt, it's been great to have a community of men and women to bond and connect with. It's also been a humbling experience to know there are levels to "becoming dangerous." I also like the analogy of thinking of ourselves as video game characters leveling up our skills in life (working out, generating income, and social skills) whenever we go out into the world.
That's a dope long-sleeve shirt! Another banger video, Danny.

I love this video and it’s easy to digest content. I agree with all these points and I can say that Muay Thai has been a huge part in the improvement of my life. It’s good for the soul! one of my own points i would make is to optimize overall health as much as possible. It’s truly amazing how much your whole world improves when you sleep enought, have a consistently good diet (including micronutrients) and stay hydrated. I think of health like a hose, if the hose is kinked (you’re unhealthy and low energy) then you will need to increase the water pressure to get any flow out of the hose. If the hose has no kinks( you’re healthy and mentally clear) the water flows easy. Great video and great message.

Not every man is interested in fighting sports or in fighting at all, I think a man should rather do whatever he loves. When we're passionate about something, whatever it is, our energy is strong. If we do something just to feel "more masculine" but we don't really love it I'm not sure we get any benefit from it. And no, money don't buy happiness, they just solve problems that might generate unhappiness, but happiness comes from within and no amount of money on Earth can give it to you. Just think of how many unhappy rich people exist. The only point I agree with is the 3rd, social skills are crucial (and in my opinion they have a way bigger role in making a man happy than his bank account).
