To everybody who is asking: Yes, it cuts easily with knifeless tape, you can even cut it with design line. Tried some old school "key" scratching (used a screwdriver. Held up[ just fine despite the considerable force I used. Unless you knew where they were you could not see the scratches in the vinyl uplclose, from 2-3ft away you could not see them at all.

Ps: Christian shows how easily it conforms. For a film as thick as a credit card it handles like a dream. I actually ordered a 25ft roll right after my test run.

Dear CK Wraps, i really enjoy watching this channels content. I have always working as a detailer but lately i became interested in doing vinyl wraps mainly for my own car ( 96 Subaru legacy GT ) i stsrted watching this channel to see how to do it and what i need and all that, and you guys have given me the confidence to do it myself so today i ordered a piece of foil about enough to do my bonnit as its more or less a test to see if i can actually do it, if i get good results i'll order more to do the rest of my car as well. The reason i want to do it because at first i wanted to have the whole car repainted but i want professional result that is equal to factory paint, but ive gotten a little accident about a week ago and now my car needs so much filling and dents nd stuff removed that its gonna cost me at least 5k so then i started thinking about having my car wrapped and thats how i found this channel, i might make a little video of how i do it and showing the results. Anyway im very grateful for all the videos it has so much useful information, not sure what else to say but thanks😊

yeah or as like an overlay section for trunk areas that get all dirty n shit, + can be annoying during install...so it'd make install way easier since you wouldn't need to cover up seams or anything, since it's obvious that it's purpose is to protect the trunk lid area....

It's cousin is the anti slip grip strips used on step edges etc. Unfortunately after using those strips myself, they are no where as flexible and usually the surface needs to be heated up to get the sticky glue to bite where removing it is almost impossible. Using a dense foam mini roller would probably be easier than chewing up squeegees. Just thoughts. Cool tech coming out on the market.

Hey Christian, I WAS planning on raptor lining my Nissan Patrol (Y60) and was wondering why a company hadn't produced a film which would be comparable with raptor liner etc.
I think I might wrap my vehicle instead of raptor lining it as it is basically irreversible.
When will this be available, and how would I get my hands on enough to do a complete wrap here in Australia?
Thanks for demo-ing this film, it looks GREAT.

    A couple of questions please!
Does it stick permanently to something such as fibreglass and ABS plastic? Would it be waterproof? Can it handle the outdoor weather long term especially UV damage? Effectively I’m looking at repair options for cracks in a caravan panel where the front joins the roof. So, I have water ingress issues along with the need to stop and seal the cracks. Please provide some feedback!

Damn, haha..I was *really* hoping your vid w/ this stuff would include how knifeless tape holds up to it; I got my roll already too, and I plan on using it on my countryman (which I just recently transformed into an off-roading monster...but since the hood on it is so damn frustrating tho, I was only planning on doing the middle section of the hood w/ the indestructible, bc I knew that I was going to absolutely hate trying to wrap the entire hood (bc those headlight eyelids are connected to the hood & all that, so conforming that stuff around all those curves I can only assume would be a gd nightmare haha)...so the plan is to just do the non-curvy, flat middle section of the hood & then using knifeless to use a diff vinyl for the outside edges instead...
& idk why, but I didn't even think about the actual knifeless part of it and how it'd hold up to 35mil vinyl when I bought the stuff for the new off-roader, haha..& I've tested out little parts + it works fine- but idk how knifeless holds up to an entire hood section...and I don't necessarily want to waste vinyl to try to see if it will work if the answer ends up being 'no'. hahaha.
so idk, if you've got some hanging around that you'd be willing to use for science (well, for youtube...haha), that'd be dope to see if knifeless can make it thru a full/long section of that stuff, as opposed to like a ft long piece or something, since the longer areas and on a hood get that built-up tension that could snap the knifeless halfway thru...which would blow....
