sonofnone101 - To fit the song the hold position for the pull ups would have to be the deadhang which is the easiest part. Then when they sing "Bring Sally Up" you pull up, and then down when they say down. Otherwise you would have to disobey the songs orders if you wanted to make it harder in the reverse.
that's what I was thinking, seems a bit easy without reversing it. Still hard but not brutal.

I recently started getting in shape keep in mind I’m 18 and wanting to be a firefighter I’m doing everything push up pull ups everything it hurts but I always use the pain form the past to fuel me into doing more than what my body can stand
We do this in the Army every morning as a warm up with push ups squats and st ups. It’s actually fun as hell

After I watched this I did a full chest day like this. I did pushups, bench, incline bench, and incline flys... I had to drop to my knees on the pushups 3/4 of the way through and the rest of the workout was completely brutal

Love it!! At a Unit I worked with we loved warming up to “Roxanne” by The Police. We would jog in a circle and do three burpees every time the name Roxanne was said! Steve did you ever consider joining the military?

I know this is a very old video. But it is actually really good to see someone who is obviously very fit and strong actually struggle with this challenge. And there's no way that lad at the end has ever completed it 😂

It’s nice to see someone do it using the correct press ups technique. It’s a tough challenge, I want to be able to do it twice over like I could when I was in my prime.

We do that in weightlifting at school for push-ups squats and sit ups
50 pull ups ,50 push ups ,50 deadlifts 185 lb,50 flat bench weight 185lb,50 box jumps 40 ",500m on rowing machine try for under 20 mins

Not to mention that's damn near impossible, even with you taking ~1 second for your pullups AND pushups you'll probably take ~2 seconds for each deadlift the bench will start to burn and average to around 3 seconds then at the box jumps odds are you'll feel sick and average ~4-5 seconds per then trying to do a 500m row all in under 20 minutes? Yea I sincerely doubt it's possible except for maybe a couple of people who train for that specifically.
