    Will try it tomorow. Day 5 on the press-up 1.29 completed the squat 2 days on the trot boy the press-up 1 is immensely hard

      There are way more harder exercises for this ,coz this song can be used in other exercises as well, just imagine doing pull ups ,handstand pushups,planche push ups etc.😂

    Then straight into pushups to the song then into squats, then repeat all of that 3 times, and go get a nice kebab, chips and a pint 😁

    Made it on the first attempt, not very difficult. You can make it more difficult by not holding your knees with your arms.
