What fitness watch are you wearing these days?

Are people allowed to get a haircut or food, etc without being a gym member? Just come in and use the other amenities…..then I would do massage not posing room

As much as i don't love gymshark they had wicked athletes and signed on some new great ones and its super rad they let steve keep the strength collective

The vibe, people, and culture reminds me of one of my favorite gyms back in Boise (Mecca) And as one of the few who uses the 160lb dumbells, I appreciate you having them. Although, I may need some 200lb ones in about 4 more months 😉 Looking forward to many more swole seshs at your gym 💪

I really do enjoy the disclosure on the business side of things. Like your numbers and operating cost as well as all the other business ventures you do. I find that to be extremely insightful and valuable. I am trying to be more mindful about being entrepreneurial and it is something I am wanting to work on... other than those gainz!
