    I remember back when I started lifting and came across the first program I ever followed. Big man on campus, been watching you ever since then. Even competed in men's physique because you inspired me to start bodybuilding. It's nice to have you back

    Man i love youtube steve. Something about your videos just feel the best. Both a perfect blend of educational and personal content delivered with that swoldier personality. Keep it up Steve and dont feel like you have to post videos so frequently, consistency is everything. Even bi-weekly videos would be amazing to accomplish.     Im sooo glad your back just got bsck in the gym myself afrer a dislocated shoulder and tear in my shoulder due to some moron knocking me off my bike while speeding likely it was a brake just a tear!anyway 2 months off back into it!love the videos been a fan for like 7 years plus my brother

    I watched a Scottish guy hang on the bar with one arm and twist all the way around for his rotator cuff. Kind of like when you were hanging on the bar. Reminded me of it.

    How long is the workout? I generally train for 90min on weekends and 60min during the week. This feels like it could be close to 120min.
