My oldest daughter’s middle name is Rose! I named her Kaytlyn Rose because my grandma loved roses and hummingbirds. Definitely knew I couldn’t name her hummingbird. All the bullies would have had a blast and I would have been in way to much trouble. 😂 But my Grandma was my whole world and I definitely feel she was taken way too soon. Diabetes is horrible. Wish there were more medicine for it back in 1998. I hate Diabetes, Cancer, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Fibromyalgia and all the things that have no cure.
Anyway, Such a good time when you two compete against each other. The bantering is hilarious and reminds me of my 11 year strong relationship with my amazing soulmate. I would be lost without him. Glad to see you both back on CZcams.

Recently I lost track of my habits but I'm trying to get back into the routine and see you here once again with another great video, fun and informational It's inspirational but also nostalgic and makes me think that I can do it all again. @@swoldiernation Same with me, Steve. I followed your journey since your "Pre" days. Remember the commercial? "Get to the gym before the guy who owns the gym." I was so inspired to start working out. And it led to so many great things. But then life got in the way. Lost my job (company closure), lost some family members, and just everything changed for the worst. However, I'm ready to pick myself up again and move forward with life. Excited to follow your journey again and continue learning about health in general from experts like you and Morgan. Thank you for all that you do. ✌
