The fact that Steve said that is so ugly, she very clearly doesn’t eat shit, she eats intuitively but enjoys food and has a healthy relationship with it. That is the attitude a role model in fitness should have!
I was a fan of Morgan before I even knew of Steve so I don’t know what ideas he projects on his channel, but life isn’t about counting macros and eating bland ass food for the sake of a physique, because when you die it doesn’t fucking matter anyway.

Would love to see an updated what Steve eats in a day from home. I feel like most of your what I eat in a day you go out to lots of places and maybe that's the case normally, but it would be more helpful to see an at home version with what's going on right now. Im 22 and 125 and don't eat nearly this much and I still gain weight all the time. If I ate like this everyday I would literally gain so much weight. Her metabolism or just the calories she burns during workouts must be insane. Maybe she's just blessed, I dont know. But I am so jealous lol
