Honestly 😂
Ryan out here asking the REAL questions.
his questions really are deep
Me doing a history test :
Hey lads just got called racist at Gregg's
I cannot they bring up the “dancing until they died people in France” so often in casual conversation Ryan just casually mentions it during the episode not knowing that is exactly what it’s all about
That was hilarious. He never even considered that the episode would actually be that even as he was in it.
Exactly what I thought!!😂😂😂
for them truly is a no-brainer
Its a little after 7:30 if you guys wanna know
It's like starting a convo with cannibalism in history.
Anyone realize that it was actually Shane who had told Ryan about the men dancing in France in the first place? He remembered that. 4yrs back in 'toxic death of Gloria Ramirez' ep of buzzfeed unsolved.
That's also why he thought it was massive hysteria thing
Wait, really? I have to look this up now
Yes I remember that episode!
Theres also the bit in the Jack the Ripper episode where Ryan wonders if they had true crime shows back then, maybe "with like little puppets" and Shane gets very thoughtful. Shane Madej Cinematic Universe has a long and respected history
This is the reason why I'm here, lol
That's some fucking lore memory. Damn impressive
There actually was a laughter epidemic. It happened in 1962 at an all girls school in Tanganyika, Africa. Symptoms included lightheadedness, respiratory issues, fits of screaming and uncontrollable crying, rashes, restlessness and the urge to run around aimlessly, and even extreme flatulence. members at the school were affected. The laughter spread throughout the village to as many as 1,000 people, 14 schools were forced to close.
I knew I had heard of it somewhere!

I just realized while rewatching this... The Professor can't actually see cause hes a puppet so Shane judged that dance off purely by description and vibes

Shane and Ryan talking about the dancing until you die plague has actually been setup for several years starting with early true crime.
It started as Shane bringing it up as an anecdote during I THINK the true crime episode where that family in Australia ran off and went crazy. Ryan refused to believe him that it was a thing.
Then over the next several years it bounced back and forth between Ryan and Shane casually bringing it up in different videos to describe mass hysteria. Shane saying it was because of moldy bread once or twice, Ryan not sure if it actually happened and blaming the not so great records back then. This whole time I waited for them to talk about it on unsolved even though it didn't really fit the mold
And finally we have come to their new channel where Shane is the one talking about it and Ryan doesn't realize what's happening until like halfway through the episode.
