I am always saying WE GOT THIS in real life and online. We all have our own struggles and I believe we can get through anything together. When I was diagnosed with cancer in September, I thought this was my own struggle but I realised my cancer has affected everyone around me. I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a sister, a friend, a cousin, a grand daughter & more. hey Tiffany always see you and your mum /family cooking and asking each other how much you would pay ..you and your mum should seriously make a recipe book with all you make as some look yummy and simple but I wouldn't know where to start , just thinking it would help take your mind off things . and help towards you ever needed to see any doctor and you could even donate a percent to cancer research. :)

Tiffany, my wife and I are flipping a house. Got frustrated with a problem. I reminded my wife - Tiffany has something to worry about. This is just sub-floor. Let's put things in perspective. You have really helped me see perspective in life and I love you for that. Thank you for being such a great teacher and a role model as a human being!

I hate to be the one, but Aston wasn’t buckled in the car 😱. Please, please make sure your precious little nephew is secured safely while driving. Too many children get injured even in minor accidents just because they are not buckled up.

Lovely to see you Tiffany. As someone who has 'funny' veins too, I was given a trick by a nurse once. Bring a hot water bottle with you and keep it on your arm (on the area of the arm where they draw blood) for a while until they are ready to draw blood. It works a treat!

I work in a hospital and the phlebotomist sometimes takes a glove filled with warm water holding it on the area for a minute
My nurses have used warm towels for this, the water bottles a great idea.❤

@fluffy fox If a child’s sensory issues result in a meltdown every time the child is out into a child seat, then the child should not ride in cars until they reach the weight or age at which it is no longer required, For unavoidable trips like to the doctor they need to stay in a car seat regardless. Unrestrained kids in cars die.
@fluffy fox my son has sensory issues.. however safety comes first every single time. I wouldn’t put my son at risk by not letting him a) not have a car seat and b) not strap him in.. this is a very silly comment to make

I love that you picked yourself up and did not depend on anyone to do it for you. I suffer from anxiety, situational depression, PTSD, and some phobia’s and it can be really hard to get one’s self out of it. But you did it Tiffany and I don’t even deal with what you do and it can be so hard! We’ve got this! XX ❤💙💙💙

I agree about being busy. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I decided to continue working to keep my mind busy while waiting for results. I feel your pain - keeping your mind occupied with things other than cancer will help you get over the process. You are an inspiration to me.

@fluffy fox don’t get me wrong. I love Tiffany and support her fully. And it’s not her child. But a child without seatbelt in 2022? Maybe it’s just not visible how the child is secured. But if not: they can and should do better.
This is not a hate comment. But ignoring an unsecured child is neglectful and would be toxic positivity.
I am pretty sure that Tiffany can handle constructive criticism. If she feels uncomfortable with my comment, I am very sure that she can defend herself.

That’s a £500 fine and several points against the driver’s license - in addition to putting Astin at risk of serious injury. Someone plz talk to Astin’s parents. In the stress of Tiff’s cancer this seems to have been overlooked.

I know, I felt the same. Usually an alarm would sound if someone didn't have a seat belt on. I also thought he would be in a car seat at that age.

In Australia everyone has to wear a seatbelt in the car. Is the uk different. Loved the stars for the tree.
@fluffy fox Children from aged 3 upwards are required by law to be properly restrained in cars. So that's definitely Astin.
@fluffy fox The only exemption (other than being in a taxi) is for an 'unexpected necessity' which this didn't look like, ie, an emergency situation. That info is from the government's website. Surely any responsible adult would put a belt on their child anyway. One unexpected stop and that child could go through the front windscreen.

I ended up having my surgery successfully yesterday, way less pain than I anticipated... so far, 🤞 Thank you for those that have been praying and sending well wishes 🙏 we can do this 💙

You need to accept the fear and panic will keep coming back. Just ride the wave and don’t avoid your emotions. Working through them will help you to have moments of feel brighter. Avoiding them will only build them up inside 💙💙
For Christmas… you should treat yourself to a book of true angel stories and read one each day like an advent calendar. My favorite book is: “ANGELS EVER NEAR”… I have read a lot of angel stories and this book has the most amazing encounters. I just checked Amazon UK to see if you have it and you do! The listing shows only one book left (that’s expensive) but there are much cheaper ones listed underneath if you buy a gently used copy, which is what I always do.
Some of the headings are:
Angels in the hospital
Angels in the kitchen
Angels at the store
Angels in the air
Angels on the ice
And the list goes on with amazing stories.

She keeps saying she wants to put on weight, but eating half a small brownie, and small sandwich won't do it, and i have noticed how tiny some of her portions are, and that once when she actually bit a chocolate in half and put it back in the box, there was only about 4 in the box i think?
Well the 4 would have been a treat, not 1 bite of 1 chocolate lol
Tiff is also always saying i am just having a little bit of this or that, and today was a little strange when she didn't get sugar for Amma's coffee, because of getting the brownie?? now i don't know if Amma takes sugar normally or not, but the way it was said it made me think she does normally and Tiff had made the decision for her because of the brownie being sweet i'm guessing?? personally i would not have been happy if someone had made that decision for me, as i can not drink tea and defiantly not coffee without sugar!!
I guess what i am trying to say and i my be wrong, is i don't think Tiff wants to put on weight, or is in fear of putting any on, she loves being as thin as she is, she loves to share a lot of food, when people could easily eat one each or their own, especially Matt lol
Tiff should not worry about gaining weight, she needs to for her health, and in my personal humble opinion, i think she would look great with an extra stone on her at least, some nice curves!
All this being said, she is still one of the most positive inspirational people i have come across, you got this Tiff xx

If you like coconut, might I recommend heating up your brownie and slathering it with coconut oil. It tastes like a mounds bar. It’s absolutely divine!
I have tiny veins too! I usually get drawn on the back of my hand. I request they put a warm pack before I get drawn. We Got This dear girl!! 💙😘🙏🏼💪🏼
coconut oil is extremely high in saturated fats and is NOT good for anyone's health! please do not consume high amounts of coconut oil in excess, it can lead to high cholesterol and heart problems.

Tiffany, I will be praying for your examination in the hospital. I think you keeping busy is a great idea. Thinking to much before a procedure isn't always good. I think too little Ella and Austin would be anyone in a great mood. They are so cute. A suggestion for the little ornaments that you got the children, painting their names on the ornament and the year would be wonderful for them in the years to come.

Greetings, Tiffany 💙 I had my pre-anesthesia and other pre-surgery tests last Friday and my surgery, transphenoidal, to remove a non cancerous pituitary tumor is tomorrow morning. I ran the rest of my errands today thinking "tick tick tick..." I could really sympathize with your relief when your surgery was delayed and then your anxiety when the scheduling picked up again. I went through breast cancer 2 years ago and one thing I learned at the end of the journey is everything is going to be ok and I'll go into my surgery tomorrow know that. Wishing you all the best. We got this! 💙

Please please please put a seatbelt on Astin in the car. I don’t know if he was in a seat, he definitely should be at least in a booster. There’s no reason he shouldn’t be wearing one why risk it. Car seat safety is SO important
@fluffy fox his mum is not gonna save him in a car accident his gonna go flying all around the car. There’s ZERO reason for he’s to be without a car seat in his mother car.
Was concerned to see this. He should be safely strapped in. It's dangerous and there's a fine too.

From your comments I also get the vibe that you might be quite young and maybe you don’t understand why people are upset about a little boy without a seatbelt on. 😿
This is why I want to explain it to you: I am a med student in my last year and I can tell you how heartbreaking it is to see a child hurt in car accidents ❤️🩹🙀Especially if they weren’t secured properly and massive injuries would have been prevented if the child’s parents put them in a child seat.
Even when you are driving pretty slowly the forces during an accident are so high, that someone without a seatbelt on, would be hurled through the car, maybe even through the window shield 😵💫. Even if an adult would have a child on their lap during a car ride at slow speed during an accident, it is not humanly possible to hold that child 🥹The child would still immediately fly through that car and hurt themselves really bad, maybe even die 🤕
How is his mother in front of him going to do anything about that? It’s just physics. The sad fact is, that even the fastest reacting and strongest person on the planet couldn’t help in that situation.
This is the reason why it’s actually illegal to put your child and a car without a proper child seat and properly secure it ⛔️
Adults definitely know about this and it’s part of the basic curriculum in driving school. So anyone who has a drivers license should know that. If an accident would happen while a child is not properly secured, authorities will actually call child protective services 👮🏼♀️
Even pets have to be secured in the car and I personally have special transportation boxes for my two cats that are secured with the seatbelt to keep them safe. 🐈⬛🐈
Pointing out things that might be wrong, is not hate. It’s constructive criticism. None of the people above, myself included, were mean about it. Nobody thinks that they are horrible people and as you can see from all the other comments: Tiffany built an amazing family and everyone is super supportive😍
We just pointed out a thing that is wrong and should be improved.
And I think that we definitely agree that we don’t want anything bad happening to Tiffany’s family or herself. 💙Sometimes being a critic, is a more supportive thing than just ignore it and acting nice about it. As long as people choose the right words and are respectful. We all have things to learn and areas that we can improve in 🥰
The world is not black and white. Very good people make mistakes as well. That’s why we are pointing it out so Tiffany and her family can learn from it. 👍
