I am always saying WE GOT THIS in real life and online. We all have our own struggles and I believe we can get through anything together. When I was diagnosed with cancer in September, I thought this was my own struggle but I realised my cancer has affected everyone around me. I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a sister, a friend, a cousin, a grand daughter & more. Soap and water is the only infection prevention (not responsive to hand sanitizer). Hope you are feeling better 💜💙💜💙😻

@@kcatlady2018 My sister was hospitalized with it, and we had to put on masks, gowns and gloves to even go into her room-surprised they are not taking precautions!
Just thought I’d add…I’m a nurse, and really hope they’ve explained to you how contagious C-Difficile is. The contagion can live on an inanimate object(door handle, countertop,etc) for upwards of six weeks. So if a person comes in contact with that germ six weeks from now, they can get sick from it. so I am also surprised to not see more precautions. I hope they’ve educated you and your family on this. You’re a strong woman with an even stronger and lovely support system. All of you are in my prayers. ❤️

I got infected with sepsis after hysterectomy and was in the hospital for 6 days. The pain in my abdomen was so intense that I was screaming. It was worse than giving birth to my two children without epidural. I too was on multiple antibiotics. I feel your pain, Tiffany. Feel better soon, dear one. 💐
it''s scary bc it can be deadly. her body is at least fighting it bc she has a slight fever which means it's trying to get rid of the infection.
this is the downside of a lower immune system from having cancer and treatment. Hopefully the recovery will be fast and maybe surgery moved up a few weeks? I mean why wait when waiting allows too many other things like this to go wrong.
Sepsis can be close to death to death.

My nephews and I just prayed and held hands and said, “We got this for Tiffany.”!💙💙❤️Vancomycin is supposed to be a good antibiotic. I hope it helps without side effects. Day 5 you seem so much better.🙏

Yesterday, we had to call an ambulance for my three-year-old granddaughter after she hurt her neck, and we couldn't move her. It nearly killed us all to see her in that sort of pain. I felt the same sort of dispair watching you suffer in this video.
I've had a lot of pain in my life, and it was horrible, but I would happily take on all the pain from both of you if it meant neither of you would have to feel it.
For me, it's much easier to be the one in pain than to have to see someone I care about feeling it.
Tiffany, just remember that you are going through a little hiccup in your treatment journey and all will be sorted out soon.

I had c-diff a few months ago, caught it from the hospital too, it's very scary but you go this! Just a tip every time you leave the hospital don't touch your mouth/ eat anything until you wash your hands with soap and water. Hand sanitiser is ineffective against c-diff 💙💙

My heart is hurting for you Tiffany. To see you in so much pain. 😢 I had Cdiff before and it was horribly painful. I also have Blood Cancer. A rare form Mantle Cell Lymphoma. There is no cure for it. You and Matt seem like very sweet people, and I’m sorry you’re going through so much pain. Wondered if you’d heard of a study that came out in the past day or so on the drug dostarlimab for colorectal cancer. In the study group of 14 people with locally advanced tumors, the tumors vanished in all participants. No idea when it would be widely available but it looks very promising.

I'm so very sorry to hear about the C-Diff, it is life threatening so I'm happy you made it to the hospital in time. I'm surprised it took so long for the docs to find out what was wrong. The chemo you're on I believe is 5FU, a shortened version of fluorouracil. Was on it also but in the States patients get a closed pump with the medication, no bottle. If you are not using lidocaine cream on your port before chemo (saw you wince) ask the doc for a prescription. I rub it on generously and put plastic wrap over it about an hour before chemo...and a bit xtra too. Helps deaden the pain of the chemo needle. I don't feel anything or very little pain. We hate to see you in so much pain. Don't worry about posting till you're better. Take care of you first, Tiffany! Prayers and healing vibes. Love to you, Amma and Matt. 💜🌺

Every time I see your mum I start to cry, it’s so hard for mums to see their children in pain. She is such a beautiful person. I am glad that they discovered the type of infection and can treat it. You looked so much better!

Oh my dear Tiffany, I was in tears watching this. I'm so so so sorry that you've been so unwell and in so much pain. I must admit I was worried at not having heard from you. You are NOT to worry about anything and only take care of yourself and let your family take care of you. Like Matt said, we'll be waiting for you to get back when you can. My dear friend was in hospital last year with CDifficile. It's a terrible infection but you'll get through it. It's just such a shame that you have to go through this, and your family. Poor girl. Good thing is they pinned down what the infection was! Bless you, you’re always worrying about other people, you have such a big heart but it’s also okay to put yourself first sometimes. It makes me happy to see you have such wonderful people around you :)

Oh Tiffany. I am so sorry. I have had bowel issues in the past infection, a hemorrhage and a partial blockage. The pain was the worst. Worse than having 2 babies. I feel for you so much. I am 2 weeks past my mastectomy. I am always so afraid of pain thinking it will be on that level of bowel pain. It has not been as bad thanks to God. I pray for people not only for healing but always for them not to suffer. Bless your precious heart.💌🦋🌺
