- I plan to build an F350 FUMMINS. I will install this 99 24v 5.9 Dodge cummins diesel into a ford pickup. After the engine is rebuilt, I will search for a 05+ f350 dually shell for my build. I will eventually update the front clip and dash as well.

@Chris Derek I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im trying it out now.
Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
@Chris Derek it worked and I now got access to my account again. I am so happy:D
Thank you so much, you saved my account!
@Jett Dexter Happy to help xD
What a lucky find! I just got done doing a p7100 conversion on my 99 2500. This spring gonna be pulling the engine and doing rust work (north east truck)
Good luck on the channel. And I agree I loved the ability to tune on the fly with vp44 but it didnt have the power output I was looking for hence the p7100.
Subbed to your channel!
Thank you sir! Nice, I'm really looking for like 150hp or so over stock. I really like these engines. Good luck with the body makeover!
That turned out to be a good buy... not many issues at all.. ☺
For sure. I'm happy with it. Just waiting to get it back to continue.
Cool you got the Mexican built block which is rumored to be the strongest.
It's not the strongest there weaker casting
Bolt the engine stand to the side of the block it will hold better
While you have that timing cover off make sure to secure the dowel pin! Could have the killer dowel pin issue
Done. Thanks!
Very entertaining vid!
What injection pump are you planning to run?
Thanks. A vp44. I'm liking the option to choose profiles with an ecm
Do a p pump conversion solid buy i have 01 24v
Thanks. I'll decide on that soon. I do like the on the fly tunability of the electronic pumped one though. But I have been considering the ppump too
Looking forward to more videos. I have a 99 Ram 2500 I’m about to pull the engine out of and rebuild. Never rebuilt an engine before, but you got to start somewhere right?
Yes for sure. It's my first diesel
how much horsepower the cummins 114 engine 5.9 24valve and 12valve
Thanks 😘😊 you
I'm not really sure. Im new
Shit i have a 53 block and its bin a good motor so far but i have a few 24v found for win it lets go
I guess some people have good luck with them I guess it depends
Ya its bin one hell of a motor but one of these days it will crack but being its all stock i dont see for it doing it any time soon my cuzen had one he started adding power to it and it cracked so im going to lev mine stock but sooner or later they will crack
@@chewy-bu1oy I've heard of people getting 100s of thousands of miles w no issues. So hopefully you're good w stock
@@chewy-bu1oy I have a stock 01 24 valve Cummins and I have never heard of a stock OEM cracking on the Block that is if it's kept all OEM. If you're just throwing power at things without beefing them up also that's known for "not always having good outcomes."
Ya well im ceeping mine stock its just a work truck it has enough power for me being stock i pull a 20 foot goosneck trailer so dont really need a lot of power
Idk how people wear gloves working on cars it makes it 10x harder to me
I guess it depends what you're doing at the time.
How do you feel about the 6.7 cummins? I have 2 1998 5.9's i use 1 to haul junk cars with an electric boom and the other is a flatbed with a goose neck set up they both haul heavy shit pretty easily but i hear the 6.7 will put the 5.9 to shame what do you think?
@@ZOMBIE_STOMP I don't have prior experience with either one. I'm learning as I go so I don't really have an opinion on them yet.
@@ProjectsPat well I'll tell you this, the cummins motors are the best diesel motors in my opinion. The 12v is the best for longevity, but I love my 5.9's
If you are interested my father in law has an 02 or 03 12v cummins that is complete and in decent shape that has an electrical problem he wants to sell he lives in Lakeland Fl
