@EK_97 Actually, it took a little bit of time. Maybe 1 year and a half. I didn't diet at all, I just tried not to eat after 8 pm.

I just finished this workout. Emi never fails to tell the truth - super duper sweaty all over my body. Men, my body's never been so sore. I look forward to doing this at least once-twice a week
just did this again for the first time in like 6mths. wow those burpees get my heart rate up, i love the balance of cardio with the strength ....i was in hosptial in june , 3mths later getting stronger slowly. injury and health issues help me modify when i need to and as long as i am feeling good and working hard. i am grateful to move with you....by the way can you offer modifications or cues for wrist pain in planks, lots of mountain climbers here:) sometimes i use weights instead of pushing my hands to floor

Man i thought i was pretty good with my hiits but this one really made me focus mentally. Goes to show how important it is to challenge yourself and do new things. Without hardship there’s no growth !

I try this yesterday and super weaty but it's worth it 😍 I love your voice over its really good thought and will stuck on my mind every time I have a work, or tasks that really need to finish I remember your said "just do it , you're almost there, you'll see the light of the end"
I can only go for 10 mins for this workout.. I’ve been following ur other 10 mins HIIT fatburn but this one is intense.. hopefull i can finish the full 20 mins soon .. great job 👏
same here! i could also only do for 10min. and need pauses before i can continue again.
the first time i did this workout i took 6 pauses.l i know from my other training that breaks up to 2 minutes are ok! i would set a 2 min timer, pause the video, and be good to continue. the second time i did it, i only needed 3 breaks! i hope this helps someone.

Hey guys if was seriously burning exercise and right now my weight is 65kg and i want it to be 55kg as my height is 5'7 so i want a good body so i started this from 18june 2023 and now till 5 july i will see that is there is any difference in my weight and i will tell you alsoo and my target is 3 months so lets complete this challenge guyss ...Your body is made to move and if no pain then no gain so keep it up and i promise one day you will get your desired body if you will keep moving ,it takes time but remember your body will be with you forever so make it your dream one

I qm trying this workout i have lost 8 kg in one month this is my 2nd month i did diet and emi's and exercise with cycling how much I can minimum 20 minutes to maximum 1 hour and did diet
Height -165 cm
Weight -90
Age-14 ya ik i am too overweight 😅
Day 1-✓ I did it without pausing
Day2-✓ a little hardd coz pain in thighs and leg
Day3-✓ hard took 3-5 pauses 😢
Day 4-✓ did it but less sweaty and i have got arm pain with legs 😊
Day5-✓ just done so proud of me 😵
