I have a long history with workouts and trainers as dieting but I’ve never been loyal to anyone as I am for Pamela. I started my journey after around 2 years break from any kind of workouts, it was after my first pregnancy and I wanted to lose weight that stayed with me after a year of having a baby. I discovered Pamela, it was 3,5 years ago and I am still here. I am still trying other people, or different types of workouts, but trust me, I am ALWAYS coming back to Pamela because I simply miss her (it). I just finished this video work out and sited in my bed and started crying. It’s been a while I’m dealing with panic attacks and even when I’m not in a stressful day it can comes without any advice. Today was a normal day when I started feeling my heart beating quite fast and I understood that was coming. I put myself up and play this video and I made it so intensively, every move I put so much effort like I was trying to free out every bad energy inside myself I made even some crazy movements like “go away go away I don’t want you inside myself” and in the end of this video I felt so good and so proud of myself that I couldn’t hold the tears. I’m good and I deserve to be good and I’ll continue doing things that make my body to feel good. Thank you Pam, what you do is very important!

Erst habe ich mir das Video nur angeschaut, um zu sehen was mich erwartet. Die Musik fand ich nicht so prickelnd und dachte es wäre ein Medium workout. In der Beschreibung stand dann hard.
Also losgelegt - ich bin absolut begeistert. Die Musik und die Bewegungen sind mega, und medium war es auf keinen Fall😂.
Ich liebe dieses workout und habe es diese Woche täglich gemacht 😍. Mein neuer absoluter Favorit.
Weiter so. Es ist für mich immer wieder erstaunlich, wie man bei anfangs "oh mein Gott ich kann nicht mehr" workouts nach und nach spürt, dass es tatsächlich leichter wird.
Oder wie bei diesem workout am Ende zwar ausgepowert ist aber doch sehr gut mithalten konnte - von Anfamg bis Ende. 💪🏼
Und bei diesem Video gehe ich so mit, dass ich jedes Mal traurig bin, dass es zu Ende ist und kein weiterer Song folgt.
