▸ it gets me in a suuuper duper good mood. I start to smile latest at the 2nd song.
▸ it’s intense. Not an easy peasy lemon squeeze Dance Workout - but a combo of HIIT + hip shakes that makes you breathe hard. But WOAH that feels good.

Absolutely adored this workout!!! This is one if the (if not THE) best choreo you ever made! Every single song was enjoyable, especially the workout on the first one! You could insert it 4x a week in my plan and I would still be happy to sweat for this!

This is one of the best dance/cardio workouts I've ever done. The moves and songs are fun, sexy, and enjoyable. Moves are done neatly and executed by our German Queen Pam. This cannot loose to any other dance video there is!!!
