      Right?? There were already some real fun workouts, but I had never found myself smiling throughout the whole workout as much as I did with this one! I was already pretty pleased with the Sweaty Endorphins, but in my opinion Boss Bitch tops it off! 😌❤️

    I simply love the diversity in her workouts. She can do everything, no matter if we want to train special muscle parts, a dance choreo, a HIIT workout or a stretch in the end.
    When I first did the "happy cardio" I thought there's no way to top the "1-high knee".🙈
    But she always has so many new ideas, I really appreciate it.
    Taking care of your body and doing sports has never been more enjoying than with Pam's workouts. Thank you so much! ❤️🫶🏼

    Thanks for all these motivational workouts you share with us. It really helped me to get some motivation and start losing some fat. Last year I firstly got a meal plan from Next Level Diet and started doing some exercises at home. After I went running and then finally going to gym after they opened them up. My friends and family were making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 120 lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I am finally ready to start living my life to the fullest, since I lost almost double of my previous weight.

    I've never had a definite favourite before, but now I do! 😆 Sweaty Endorphins also made me feel amazing, but I've never smiled as much as I did with Boss Bitch! This will definitely be my first choice every time it appears on the plans!
    Also, the fact the workout ends with the first song makes me want to go back to the start over and over again 🙃 It's so addicting!

    Pamela is the only one who keeps me motivated to do one of her workouts at home everyday. She brought me back fun about doing sport after I was not allowed to do bcs of being underweight and anorexic. Pam workouts were my glow up after recovery. Her best in my opinion is the 'easy jumping cardio' This one needs definitely a part two. I discovered my love for jumping jacks. Greetings to ya all from Saarland

    this video made my sob in happiness after. i've been lacking in confidence and even through the first half i was still like meh, and then getting to the "hype up your audience part" i felt a little silly at first but i was like "no. hell yeah i deserve an audience" and finished the rest of the video with a smile and getting possibly way too into it, followed by happy tears. i will now be using this video to the start of all my workouts for encouragement

    I had a leg injury when it first came out and I had to wait until today to do it and it was definitely worth the wait!! I didn't go hard on the jumps but with such good energy it's definitely one of the best dancy cardios and I enjoyed it wholeheartedly (so much that it's my first time leaving a comment on any youtube vid!). Thank you Pam, as always it was super good!

    Pam, I love all your workouts, some more than others, but this one made me comment! I tried it for the first time today and added it to my daily routine. I got addicted and after dinner I did it again! It is so motivating, doesn't even feel like a workout. A total confidence booster. You are truly THE BEST Pam!
