    hello sir, daily gym goers k liye kya schedule hona chahiye - main - 1st day = chest+ tri . 2nd day = back + biceps. 3rd day= leg . 4th day rest .5th day = shoulder + abdominal. .. the next from next - to repeat same schedule

    Sir , iam 20 years old and i have started going to the gym since the past three days , there is muscle soreness to such an extent in my body that iam not able to walk and climb or descend from steps , soreness in sitting or getting up , biceps and forearm are very tight , this soreness has lasted for more than 2 days , most of the movements i perform are compound movements for strength, i wanted some advice about this issue and how many times should i train in a week ?

    Sir I don't know whether this is a genuine reason or not but for the last 3 months I have stopped working out and quit going to the gym because I could not clear CDS exams to join the Army. It was my last attempt. It has been 3 months yet I am heartbroken. Also I have started experiencing low energy and significantly reduced drive for
    Because I don't know what to push for in Life now. So that's why I banished this habit which was good.

    Naval displacement pe mandatory video banaiye please. Naval displacement is one biggest issues related to weight lifting & exercise. Allopathy, medical science has least understanding about this. Only naturopathy & ayurveda has.. Please make a video on this.

    Sir my grandparent height is decreased by 2 inches her age is 65 years ,when i measured and after this i searched on google then google ans is that after 40 years of age muscles strength and muscle mass decrease by 30 perscent due to which height decrease is normal so sir what we can do for this not particularly for height but for to balance muscle in elders and grandparent have issues in their joint and back they take painkillers they use to do their work of agriculture and animal husbandry,so i cure or make this well
    One my grandparent us to smoke bidi or cigarette or hukka he is fit no any issues but i knows it affects their alveolar wall make it more thick due to which exchange of oxygen and co2 not proper and it affects their health and problem in breathing and it also makes blood more dense which cause heart problem
    so sir what is your suggestion about all this and speciallly for the person who smoke and dont want to leave it ,,any product that can make their blood clear by taking or any suggestions because they usually say kuch nhi hoti cigrette se

    Hello Sir,
    Can you please make a video about High Intensity Training with one set to failure twice a week like suggested by Dorian Yates. Would be really grateful if you could make it through comparing various research. The reason is because there is a lot of fluff on internet and you make really eduated and well researched videos. Please consider this video idea. Would be Really Greatful. Also a lot of people would probably be educated by this video because it could expose a lot of lies of the fitness industry and the idea that you need to go to gym for 6 days minimum for optimum results. kindly consider it.If you decide to make a video, you could consider names such as Dorian Yates, Mike Mentzer, Arthur Jones(Founder of Nautilus company), Colorado experiment etc.

      I'd say take 7hrs sleep at night,and 1hr nap at noon or evening, though I don't know at what time you go to sleep and wakeup,if you'll tell I might help you further, sleep is extremely important which people neglect today,if you don't have quality sleep you'll have hard time doing any activity all day, like low energy, laziness,lack of focus etc

    SIR I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS REGARDING BEAST PRO SUPPLEMENT
    1. why does the new beast pro has zinc sulfate while the older beast pro had zinc picolinate which we know is better at absorption then zinc sulfate....
    2. Why is the amount ( MG's ) of herbs like fadogia agrestis , maca , tongat ali , arginine etc etc not mentioned as before ??
    I hope you guys will maintain the quality of your supplements and not compromise ever on quality like many other companies do as I and many other people believe in you and your company.

      1. Zinc picolinate or sulfate doesn't make a difference when it comes to the purpose it's being used, that too with 20+ way more powerful herbs
      2. The amount of herbs are not to be mentioned in excipients due to Ministry of Ayush regulations. You can ask for the amount from contact number on website

      Then try to take atleast 30mins of nap after gym or 1 hour if possible,or maybe you're sleeping late and getting up early,so maybe go for minimum 7hrs of sleep at night only,and 8hrs if possible

    Something is better to maintain than building it from scratch. Better give 1 year in bodybuilding and then reduce your volume to one third and invest the time in something else.

      Megar mere ye question samandar ki teh main jane jesa hay, aap samaj nahi paey.
      Main already ek healthy fat zone 15% percent main hun.
      For exaple : mere maintenece calories 2500 /- hay jisme 500 kcal GYM workout ki bhi shamil hain.
      Agar main 2500 kcal main 300 kcal surplus karta hun to saal ke akhir tak mera body fat percentage 22 se 25% tak increase hojayga.joki bohat mushkil hojata hay.
      Yani saal ke akhir tak mere weight 20 se 25 kg increase hojayga. jisme muscle weight 8 se 10kg and fat weight 12 se 15 kg increase hojayga mujeh sir muscle mass grow karna hay life time without geting fat.
      And baat strenght ki to example agar main ek empty road se saal ke start se saal ke akhir tak 90 kg ki bench press lagata hun to mujeh shoulder injury ke chance to nahi increase hojayge.
      main sirf chest muscle ki ka example deraha hun including, squad , back, shoulder , etc.
      agar main 20% fat se uper gaya to muscle growth main rokawat atey hay todi bohat . oor agar 15% fat maintened karta hun injury ka issue. becouse strenght bhi to increase karni hay. Powerlifter ko apna fat percentage 30 se 35 % maintend karna parta hay
      isliyen. oor mujeh powerlifter to banna nahi hay or nahi bodybuilder.
      And hamarey hayan to GYM coach to certified hi nahi hain wo to ek 70 gm ki rooti ki nutrional value bhi nahi bata saktey.
      Therefore, main Akash chopra sir se maloom kar raha thah , ke mujeh surplus karna chahiye ya nahi , he is experienced bodybuilder .

    All make that excuse video….this is frist video i have seen which is addressing genuine reasons…All people say is bhai tu aalsi hai but noone understand those who really want to workout but cant due to genuine work family circle ( including mental harassment at work)

      Increase your Calorie intake and packed foods ko as much possible avoid karo.
      One more thing, this is ayurvedic remedy, put any natural oil into your nostril and do message over your sinuses.

    sir want to ask one question I am Defence aspirant sir my height is 168 cm age 20 and weight 78-80kg sir but I can do any excercise expect pull ups sir am I over weight or not bcz everybody says according to Defence you are overweight sir plzz clearing doubt then I will focus on my study 🙏🙏🙏☺❤

      Stop making excuses. You are barely 10 kg overweight. I'm also 5 kg overweight, with consistent effort I went from 0 pulls in November to 4 currently (in a row). Look at calisthenics athletes they put extra 20 kg, 30kg, even 50 kg weight in pull-ups and dips.
      God gave you free 10 kg weight, use it. Use assistant band, do negative pull ups.

      Overweight with just 10 kg surplus is not a big deal. Moreover it is something that can be reduced. If you have the aptitude to clear defence exam, go for it. Even if you are overweight and clear the exam, weight will not be the issue
