Finally someone talked about this. We Indians did not have breakfast concept. Our farmers in Maharashtra directly do a meal or lunch at 9 to 10 AM. And at evening 4Pm they eat some sprouts (called as Nyahari).
And they eat their dinner before sunset at 6 to 7 PM. That's perfect healthy combination of food intake.

Whenever I have heavy breakfast and go to school I feel so tried and sleepy but in those days I have light breakfast like juice,milk,fruits ,bread I feel so energetic and active.

Sir, I am from Bangladesh. I like your videos and downloaded many of them and listen to them. I do 16 hour intermittent fasting. At lunch I eat plain white rice, vegetables and other dishes cooked at home. From 3 p.m. to 7a.m. in the morning I do intermittent fasting. After waking up from sleep, I have my breakfast- small bowl of puffed rice and jaggery, 1 litre water and a mug of coffee (no cream, sugar, milk nothing, just plain coffee). By 8 a.m. I go to gym and workout. I get energy at workout because of the breakfast. After 2 hours, I return home and take proper meal at around 10:30 a.m.
Sir I was always skeptical about this topic and I had heard about this scam in the past but wasn't sure about it.
You just cleared all the doubts and earned a subscriber as well☺.

Absolutely Right .. I am from chennai. My heaviest meal of the day is Dinner which Includes rice most times . I do walk a bit after dinner though . I never liked breakfast . I have been having early lunch by 12 in the noon and then Dinner .. whenever I do take breakfast I am lethargic and my apetite is totally spoiled

It is indeed true. I have night shifts at work so I skip breakfast. And it really helped me a lot. I feel more energetic and light. I used to have bloating but now it's not present. So it works for me. Not saying that you should avoid breakfast but if it suits, you can go for it.😊
During the mid and pre 20th century, when Adelle Davis made that statement, most people had a hard life of continuous physical exertion, it makes sense that they would wanna load up on food before heading out. Most people today have a sedentary life so consuming food when you're not hungry is not good. And the lethargy that people feel after eating a meal is based on what they ate. I think if you have a physically or mentally taxing job having some food before heading out is a good idea indeed.

Eating two times is for poor or for those who are very old.
It doesn't really matter his many times you eat but much (calories)you eat. Also, sufficient protein, fibre and micronutrients are essential.

It is just an individual choice or if anyone is not able to afford , he/she eats single meal too to save the money for long run.

I am suffering from IBS , I study in college and In our hostel breakfast is provided I noted that when I used to eat breakfast My Stomach bloated all the day and have to go to toilet , So I skipped breakfast and stayed empty stomach And Then I start my meal with lunch

In my meal i eat breakfast heavy and i feel hungry too but i dont like to eat dinner coz after eating something i am not able to sleep properly.

Experiment with the food try different this see the result on your body and how it effects you no study no research is correct or accurate it does not matter, humans have not mastered the human anatomy they are still researching and coming to different conclusions so going by this study that study is also unreliable ,experiment and see whats good for you.

guys, morning breakfast me beshak aap packed food na khaye... that's good (except heathy, simple, organic etc.) lekin jo bhi early morning aap khayenge uski importance isliye hai ke : you will intake food after long gap of time... after that till night you will consume the food with suitable intervals. it will help you to divide your calories intake proper time to time... but if u skip the morning meal or morning breakfast or morning snakes then it will increase your other meal time calories, and it may burden over calories consumption at a time... (in order to fulfil the overall daily calories consumption)

In my home we don't take breakfast but we only take two meals in a day.. one is brunch and second early dinner. Almost all members in my home can not take lunch when we eat so called (in our language) breakfast or we can not eat early dinner when we take breakfast and then lunch... But before some time of brunch or after some hours of lunch we take fruits or vegetables smoothies.. it is good or bad I don't know but we feel comfortable in it. And if we eat breakfast or brunch it is always been home made like roti, sabji and other home made food.

I don’t even eat as Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner/Supper. Food is not a task. It’s a part of life. We eat to sustain and grow. You have to be flexible. If you start even eating as a discipline, you’ll create a psychological hatred for eating subconsciously. If you ask yourself “why we eat?” It will help you understand.
Feeling one way or other while eating breakfast or any certain meal for that reason is an issue of habit.
P.S I don’t eat Breakfast. And I also don’t stress myself with the amount of certain macros in individual means. It’s the overall food and nutrients over the day and keeping it optimal is what matters. My personal understanding.
