It’s good people are getting aware of what is the need of the protein.
But no one is talking about:
1. Carbs/junk food- Pocket friendly
2. Protein/sources- Expensive
Yeah bro , even the protein which I got at 1400 for 1 kg is now 2000 for 1 kg. These companies are not regulated so they use this opportunity to increase their prices as they lilke
There are many protein sources which are cheap, and can give 50-60 gm protein every day,
Soya chunks 30gms - 15 gm protein - ₹7,
Eggs - 2 - 12 gm protein - ₹12,
Milk - 200 ml - 6 gm protein - ₹15
Peanuts - 30gms - 7 gm protein - ₹7
Toor dal - 30gms - 5 gm protein - ₹10
There is also Chana, Rajma, Moong etc.
If you are non-veg, daily consuming 100-200gm chicken costs ₹50 ang gives enough protein for the day.
We can get daily min. needed protein for ₹50 easily.
@@shadowmonarch1746 eat eggs , they are cheapest and best source of protein, all amino acids of protein are found in eggs. Eat 7 eggs ,Eat 200 grams of curd with 100 grams of besan, 1 cup daal , 4 rotis, all this make up 60-70 gram protein, that is enough for healthy life.

Same, I even left the gym because of it. Will start it when I am in college and have control over what meal I eat. Right now its better to study rather than focusing on building muscles because I wont be able to do it the right way as I am lacking in nutrition.
I'm a vegetarian and I take Whey protein and everytime someone notices that I take protein powder they start lecturing me about kidneys.
Dont listen to those pot bellied uncles
I suppose they are old people who know nothing about whey. Just ask them how whey is made. I suppose you already know how it's made and what's used in it. It's similar to paneer. Ask them, if they think same about Dairy products.
Do you workout plenty? If not then your kidneys will get damaged due to excess protein in your body that is if you eat plentiful as well. The required daily protein amount for a person is just a bare 0.8 g/Kg of bodyweight. So, let's say if you weigh 50 kg. You'll require just 40g of protein. If you eat 4 paranthas at lunch, and 4 at dinner, you'll get your 40g without even eating anything else.

No one is talking on youtube regarding adulteration of chicken and eggs and check / test if chicken and eggs have enough protein or not?
No one is talking on YT about the dirty poultry industry, the chicks hatch and become consumable in less than 45 days, what sort of injectibles are they putting in them. Also, Whey isn't 100% safe either, some of them have maltodextrin, sugar in excess which is harmful. Sirf protein khaane se agar healthy rehte toh why is it every country that has a high protein consumption also has higher chances of cholestrol, heart issues and cancer aur ye sab aajkal India mein bhi kaafi dekhne ko mil raha hai.
The biggest problem with nonveg diet is that its practically not feasible, most of them eat farm grown chicken which growth is supplemented with haromones , and same with eggs , those are also hormonally triggered , and mutton is very costly around 600rs to 1000rs depends on place u r , wild chicken are as costly as mutton , so there no other option then going for dal , common majority of indian population is not rich to go for a hardcore nonveg diet and healthy one , also this broiler chicken is associated with hormonal imbalance and other side effects if consumed on daily basis
Eat fish
Antibiotics issue of chicken is a genuine problem but even the dal you are getting is littered with glyphosate and don't get me started on milk adulteration. So what you gonna eat ?
What's about fertilizers and pesticides and genetically modified plants?
i am eating broiler chicken daily from last three years, haven't seen any side effects yet. I do regular workout and do blood tests every 6 months.. it's all a hoax because you are addicted to carbs.
Everything is adulltrated in India that is just the risk you have to take.
Sahi kaha aapne sir " jab budget low hoga to protein ki kon sochega " this line applies to majority people of our country .
I recently started maintaing a diet plan and its very difficult as well as costly also i spent around 1 - 1.5k monthly for just breakfast for basic nutrients. Maintaining a protein rich diet as a student is more difficult task even my mom stops me from eating more than 2 eggs a day and buying supplements like whey protein is like my 2-3 months savings.😢
Very true. It's tough to maintain a healthy diet as they suggest when you are a student or in working life. Recently I started to focus on protein intake and had to eat very consciously every time adding to added cost~~100/day.
I can feel you bro, i was the same when i was student, had all the knowledge but couldn't execute on it because i didn't had money at that time.
Here is what i will recommended keep acquiring knowledge and do your best given the situation and forget the rest.
Once you start making money priorities fitness with all the knowledge you have acquired.
I think this is the best given your situation.
Eat soya.. Quinoa
earn your money first and then maintain your health- dont increase protein intake on parent's money
krega kya itna protein leke- maintain minimum protein and excercise ay home- your body will love it
Please note that there is no conspiracy. I remained over Weight almost for two decades and the first thing that the nutritionist told me was my protein intake was too low.
Sabka protein intake kam hota aur bohot kuch kha kar bhi tum apna protein intake to achieve karloge but uske saath tumhe bohot saare carbs and fats bhi ayenge so that is better ki tum bhi ghar ke khane pe focus Karo strength building pe and thoda rest pe chahe to creatine le sakte ho

Cheap protein sources to never suffer protein deficiency even as a vegetarian --
A drink made of 50 grams of Sattu (9 grams protein). Cost - 8 to 10 Rs.
50 grams soaked or roasted peanuts (or homemade peanut butter without additives/sugar) - 12 grams of protein. Cost - 10 to 15 Rs.
200 grams of curd - 10 grams of protein. Cost - 15 to 20 Rs.
One vegetarian thali as per convenience
If budget allows - 25 grams of soaked chia seeds and sunflower seeds for an additional 10 grams of protein - total cost 20 Rs.
See even homemade tofu 70
Rupees per kg soya bean and you can make tofu like 700 to 800 gm with 500gm of beans
Peanuts are more fats and less protein, peanut butter is not a "protien rich" food. It only has a very moderate amount of protein. Def >10 g.
According to your example it will cost approx 70-80 rs per person to get 50-60 grams of protein per day, and a family of four would need to spend 200 to 250 rs each day brother, a normal Indian family cannot afford this amount, believe it or not, it's all about money protein sources are expensive

I would like your guidance on this topic: I have a very fast metabolism. Even if I eat a lot, I don’t gain weight, and sometimes I don’t feel like eating anything for the whole day. One to two years ago, I was fit and had a good body, but I lost weight from 65 kg to 49 kg.
Everyone is making video on protein requirement but can anyone explain me what is healthy diet ? What should i eat?
Fruits & Vegetables:
1 aim for a rainbow! Fill half your plate with a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables. They're packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Whole Grains: Choose whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, and whole-wheat bread over refined grains like white bread and white rice. Whole grains provide fiber, complex carbohydrates, and other nutrients.
2 Lean Protein: Include lean protein sources like chicken, fish, beans, lentils, tofu, nuts, and seeds in your meals and snacks. Protein helps build and repair tissues, and keeps you feeling full.
3 Healthy Fats: Don't be afraid of healthy fats! Include healthy fats from sources like olive oil, avocados, nuts, and seeds in your diet. They provide essential nutrients and help you feel satisfied.
Additional Tips:
Limit processed foods: Processed foods are often high in unhealthy fats, sodium, and added sugar.
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Read food labels: Pay attention to serving sizes and ingredients when choosing packaged foods.

Yes, eggs do contribute to animal cruelty. It's because of how badly the chickens are treated for their eggs. Look it up.
Male chicks 🐣 are killed on day 1 and females are killed after forcing her to lay eggs for 2 years. Broiler hens are killed at 42 days.

Please make a video on whether vegan protein is equivalent to whey protein or not? Can a person who doesn't workout take protein powder daily? Can a person who doesn't workout take creatine daily? If yes then at what proportion?
If you're vegan take a mix of protein powders like pea and rice to get full amino profile, do your own research. Yes it is fine for people who don't work out to take supplements as long as you complete your daily needs. 3g creatine is good especially for vegans but it may cause balding if it runs in your family and you'll need to drink more water.

What about soya?
Soya chunks are really high in protein. But try eating 100gram of it in 1 go. You'll find out why no one recommends it. 🤣
Digestive problems if you eat in high amount
You didn't mention soya
