There are many protein sources which are cheap, and can give 50-60 gm protein every day,
      Soya chunks 30gms - 15 gm protein - ₹7,
      Eggs - 2 - 12 gm protein - ₹12,
      Milk - 200 ml - 6 gm protein - ₹15
      Peanuts - 30gms - 7 gm protein - ₹7
      Toor dal - 30gms - 5 gm protein - ₹10
There is also Chana, Rajma, Moong etc.
If you are non-veg, daily consuming 100-200gm chicken costs ₹50 ang gives enough protein for the day.
We can get daily min. needed protein for ₹50 easily.

Do you workout plenty? If not then your kidneys will get damaged due to excess protein in your body that is if you eat plentiful as well. The required daily protein amount for a person is just a bare 0.8 g/Kg of bodyweight. So, let's say if you weigh 50 kg. You'll require just 40g of protein. If you eat 4 paranthas at lunch, and 4 at dinner, you'll get your 40g without even eating anything else.

The biggest problem with nonveg diet is that its practically not feasible, most of them eat farm grown chicken which growth is supplemented with haromones , and same with eggs , those are also hormonally triggered , and mutton is very costly around 600rs to 1000rs depends on place u r , wild chicken are as costly as mutton , so there no other option then going for dal , common majority of indian population is not rich to go for a hardcore nonveg diet and healthy one , also this broiler chicken is associated with hormonal imbalance and other side effects if consumed on daily basis

      Fruits & Vegetables:
1 aim for a rainbow! Fill half your plate with a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables. They're packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Whole Grains: Choose whole grains like brown rice, quinoa, and whole-wheat bread over refined grains like white bread and white rice. Whole grains provide fiber, complex carbohydrates, and other nutrients.
2 Lean Protein: Include lean protein sources like chicken, fish, beans, lentils, tofu, nuts, and seeds in your meals and snacks. Protein helps build and repair tissues, and keeps you feeling full.
3 Healthy Fats: Don't be afraid of healthy fats! Include healthy fats from sources like olive oil, avocados, nuts, and seeds in your diet. They provide essential nutrients and help you feel satisfied.
      Additional Tips:
Limit processed foods: Processed foods are often high in unhealthy fats, sodium, and added sugar.
Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Read food labels: Pay attention to serving sizes and ingredients when choosing packaged foods.

You really dont need to spend your hard earned money on a nutritionist. Just calculate your daily caloric requirement and break down your protein, carbs, fats and fiber intake accordingly. Try to keep a split of 30-35% protein,45-50% carbs and the rest healthy unsaturated fats. Try to consume atleast 25-30g of fiber through a variety of veggies and fruits which will take care of micronutrient requirements.

If eating eggs comes under animal violence than so should drinking milk cause humans for their own greed impregnated a cow and during her lactating phase consume that milk then once that stops leaves the cow on the road
Eggs that are sold in the market aren't fertilised so no chick is gonna come out of them so its actually better than what we do to a cow

Dont know if egg is veg or nonveg, but DEFINITELY there is animal violence. Do some research. Normal village hen vs Boiler hen egg number delivered is HUGE difference.

Yes, eggs do contribute to animal cruelty. It's because of how badly the chickens are treated for their eggs. Look it up.

Male chicks 🐣 are killed on day 1 and females are killed after forcing her to lay eggs for 2 years. Broiler hens are killed at 42 days.
A wild hen would lay 12-15 eggs per year but egg industry hens are laying 300 eggs per year. Their bones get brittle and their bodies become very weak standing on A4 size metal mesh floor.

Please make a video on whether vegan protein is equivalent to whey protein or not? Can a person who doesn't workout take protein powder daily? Can a person who doesn't workout take creatine daily? If yes then at what proportion?

    • @YandereEnthusiast
      @YandereEnthusiast Před 4 hodinami

If you're vegan take a mix of protein powders like pea and rice to get full amino profile, do your own research. Yes it is fine for people who don't work out to take supplements as long as you complete your daily needs. 3g creatine is good especially for vegans but it may cause balding if it runs in your family and you'll need to drink more water.

Soya chunks are really high in protein. But try eating 100gram of it in 1 go. You'll find out why no one recommends it. 🤣
