Cape Cod Pizza is in the city I grew up-- Brockton, MA which is on the south shore (not actually on Cape Cod). I grew up loving their pizza! We called it Greek pizza for some reason.
I’m from Brockton and we don’t call it Greek pizza. It’s called bar pizza. But they have a Greek pizza there. I think it’s like feta cheese with tomatoes or something on it.

Two names for the same style of pizza, a lot of hole-in-the-wall pizza places on the south shore of Mass are owned by Greek immigrants and their kids, we had at least two in my town growing up

I've heard it called Greek Pizza, too. As a kid, we were a Tip Top family. We went there for our pizza. We always had it with a Greek Salad. I think they also serve a nice Greek salad with your pizza at Town Spa in Stoughton. To me, the two go together.

Cape Cod Pizza is the only frozen pizza I’ve been eating for a couple years now. Legit good pizza. Plus the 1 pie is a near perfect meal size.

The original CCC pizza is actually from of all places...BROCKTON MA. In fact there isn't even one on Cape Cod. The closest of the 5 locations to the cape is the one in Halifax MA.
And the grease is where all the flavor is. Grease is its own food group.

You have to with frozen pizza, to get it crispy. Did you see his first bite? The first bite wasn't even crispy, even though he cooked it that much.
You have to over cook frozen pizza, if you don't, it won't get crisp.

I feel you Dave, the time/temp combo on Cape Cod pizzas is ridiculous. The pepperoni one is worse because the grease deep-fries the cheese, its a sight to behold. Go 400 for 12min for less burn and better crisp. Also looks like you could probably drop it down a rack for more even cooking.

Paul Newman's own. Best frozen pizza 🍕🍕 ever!! I notice the Prez also has it as 7.4, I think Newman's own (4 cheese) is a solid '7.9/8.1' depending upon the oven/time/crisp factor. Awesome pizza

That Cape Cod Pizza is serious stuff. Not really fair to compare it to the usual frozen junk. Only problem is it's pretty expensive. But it's the closest thing you'll find to real pizza... especially if its cooked properly...
And just blot the grease with a paper towel.. it's excellent

You need to do the Classico Thick Crust square pizzas. They are my favorite frozen pie.
When you overcook pizza, the cheese dries out leaving that oil on top..
That's the worst thing, dry dehydrated cheese, the base is now a biscuit and the crust is a dangerous weapon.

Living in Brockton mass.. 20 years... Lots of Bar Pie places... Less than 10 miles.. Around Brockton... Mass... Cape cod Cafe pizza.. Lynnwood pizza... Town Spa pizza.... Regina Pizza.. Braintree mass.... And Roseys ... Lots of good places on the south shore...
