I mentioned this pizza to my wife, and today she went shopping and came home with one. I was in the military and lived the dorm life for a few years so I know frozen pizza, lol. This pizza is legit, best frozen pizza I ever had. I didn’t cook it as long as Dave though, I don’t like mine as well done as he does apparently. If you do 25 minutes it turns out perfect. Sweet doughy dough (normal for Buffalo style pizza, Wegmans is Rochester which is very close to Buffalo) tangy sauce, good cheese. No flop and crispy

@@kurtrivero368 i cross trained in every department as an extern. i worked front end as a coordinator and then an stl as an intern. i had to transfer out and went to bakery for 3 weeks before leaving bc it was just so bad. front end would’ve killed me had i worked there any longer
@@kagenaxsom4205 It’s not for everyone. Some people can handle the workload and responsibility; many others can’t. I started as a lowly cashier working amongst high-schoolers, worked my way up through cheese, dairy, etc. until I became coordinator myself. Did that for a while then moved on to greener pastures. Like any job it has its ups and downs but I don’t regret the time I worked there.
@@kurtrivero368 i heard that the store i worked at was just exceptionally toxic and poorly run from people who came from other stores. so that might have been it. i actually didn’t mind being a coordinator until i got to know my boss better and saw how toxic she was. she was asked to step down right after i left wegmans

Isn't Wegmans Buffalo and Western New York centered? I've never eaten their food, but as a visitor from Toronto there alot, whenever I'm in a Wegmans, I stare at the food for a while. The pizza looks really good for in-store food. Like really good. Subs too. If I lived in WNY, I'd be frequenting.

When I worked making pizza I was told that I would get tired of eating pizza, never happened! I would make a pizza for myself for breakfast in the morning while shredding loaves of cheese in the Hobart, then making dough and finally cutting dough balls 3/4 LB and 1 1/4 Lb for medium and large pizzas Pops Ferrigno would guard his sauce recipe and when I saw a notebook of the ingredients I was astonished at the amount of work involved down to simmering with a pork bone in the sauce for six hours! God rest his devoted to old Italian legacy of the best or nothing!
Love the review! I have had every frozen pizza that wegmans has sold since the early 90s. I go weekly and buy 5 I have not had if there is such a thing at the time. Including their Italian classics and of course the continuously changing brand name varieties. Wegmans frozen pizza is by far superior in the frozen game. Nice Video bro.

The bake and rise pizzas used to be my go to from Wegs. But started to taste kinda doughy. So I switched to the thin crust. The Wegs South West and Smokehouse varieties are to die for. From spicy peppers and sauce to cooked ham and sausage goodness.
Dave is just built different. I literally sacrifice the enjoyment of eating fresh, hot pizza because I’ve burnt my tastebuds off 500 too many times. The pain is nothing, and I can tolerate a burnt lip or even roof of the mouth, but there is almost nothing worse than having burnt taste buds for 2-3 days. All food is ruined until they heal
He’s seriously going to lose a finger by the time this is all over. He cuts the wrong way he misplaces massive knives and Goes crazy looking for him under packages 😂
