- 40 min Pilates Workout for Glutes | Tone Glutes at Home | Weighted Pilates x Strength
This is a 40 Min weighted pilates x strength glutes workout. This routine can be done with or without ankle weights. I am using 2lb ankle weights for this routine. This workout is part of my 3-2-1 Method Workout Challenge for July (see below for free calendar). If having "toned" or rounded glutes is a goal for you, aim to train glutes 2-3x per week, through workouts like this, and with free weights like my other Pilates x Strength workouts. It is important to continually challenge yourself and increase in weight as you get stronger. If weight loss/body changes are a goal for you, and you need guidance on how to eat in a calorie deficit, how much protein you should be eating etc, check out the link below for the Carbon Diet Coach app. I hope you enjoy this workout!

This was so difficult! By 3/20 my quads were on fire and by 7/20 my glutes were on fire... And by 15/20 I was dropping sweat and wanted to give up...but I kept going! I love a good challenge. I think you know by now that I hate leg and glute days.. But it's so necessary to do the work

@@haselpaulino3343 I would give some rest between days .. you can do it 2-3x per week if u enjoy it/want to work on glutes, with a rest day or 2 between them

This is an excellent workout! Very challenging and I love that it’s low impact. I’m currently traveling so it’s perfect if you have no equipment. I’m just using a blanket in place of a yoga mat. 😂

Struggled a bit today, mainly during bridging and leg work, cramping hamstrings and cracking hips really put me off ☹ enjoyed the rest Rachel, but I think I’m more of an Abs and arms girl 😝😜
