    It's difficult the find the appropriate workout guide for one. I am glad I found you! Most workout videos online have no commentary and just music, so I was missing out proper guidance on how to do some moves. Really appreciate your directions. The workouts suited best to me, well paced and balanced. Also loved the warm up and stretching! Big thanks for making these classes.

    Really are great workouts! I live in the middle of nowhere with no local gyms & a stay at home mom.. I’ve always been very active was in the medical field & fire department, & now have old injuries, & old surgeries & these workouts are low impact yet very challenging. & easy for a busy mom with minimal equipment. I’m very happy I found your page. 😊

    This is the first workout I do after one of the day challenges (day 24). I’m trying to step it up, getting summer body ready (as I ate pizza for dinner), lol

    I completed the 24 challenges before and now I’m doing the 14 day challenge, so I already liked this video. This time around I’m doing better at being consecutive with the days. I’m grateful for your videos, they always make me feel better.

    I am soo excited for these workouts!! I am on month 5 of doing your challenges! I have never stayed with a program for more than a few weeks. Yours are easy to follow, and you are so encouraging!       Agreed!! This is my 4th month, love the workouts and def feel more toned and safe in my dancing (I’m a prof jazz dancer in my late 30s) as I’ve had no muscle pulls since I started, after recovering from a couple injuries last year.

    I’m back! First workout since returning from All inclusive fortnight in Jamaica - had no plan what to start back with so just tried this new one. I can really feel the extra pounds in weight, and so need to focus again! Thanks Rachel 😊

    Got day 8 done today. The one legged wall sit was a little hard with the injured ankle but I got through it. I need the leg work for sure. I added in dumbbells too! 💪

    Thanks so much for posting a new calendar for May and I’m so looking forward to the 14 day challenge after Memorial Day! Diving into month 5 I am feeling so in tune with my body like never before and am really connecting with each exercise, able to really squeeze the target muscles now - it’s been a ‘wow’ factor for me. I did this workout with another full body - my goal now is to try to do a few together when I’ve got the time, hope to maybe do this 3-4 days a week……you’re incredible, grateful to have found you ❤

    Rachel - I really enjoy your workouts! Do you have any tips or suggestions for meal planning to go along with your workout routines? I have young (ie picky) eaters so dinner is out of my hands but I’d love some ideas for breakfast and lunch that would support the workouts and enhance my postpartum weight loss journey. Thanks for any advice, Leigh

    how do you know the right height adjustment? I spent all my time trying to get the right tension adjustment and the workout was done. Had to go back multi times to feel like I did anything.

    This says beginner friendly... I just started your program and I'm not so sure about that. Also, can you recommend an alternative/ modification to the side plank? I have neck and shoulder issues and can't do this one.

      Perhaps a regular forearm plank? if you feel my channel is not the right fit for you, you might want to check out Trifecta Pilates, she also makes wall pilates workouts

      Yes I would say it’s gentle enough! If u want more postpartum focused routines though I would recommend the CZcams channel “pregnancy and postpartum tv”

      Any workout is fine but weight gain all comes from eating more than you normally eat. If u want guidance on how much to eat I always recommend the carbon app! web.joincarbon.com/?via=rachel
