    Another great video! I love the added challenge of the having a resistance band. I feel like any time you have a prop like a band or a ball, it forces you to have good form! Great job!

      @@rachelsfitpilates haha I think it ended up on the video I did right after this. I usually pause the video at the very end to comment and I guess it had already moved onto the next video.

    As soon as I received your email about this video, I tried it right away! I love glutes with bands. Good ab work too. Next time i will take off my socks so my feet dont slip off the wall, and use a stronger band for more resistance. Loved it!

    Great day 6 workout! I am hooked! These workouts motivated me to incorporate a healthy diet along with my workouts. I took before and can’t wait it take after.     Really loving these workouts! They burn while you’re doing them but they’re not so long and hard that you don’t want to come back k the next day. I hope o. The next time you do I’ll be able to add in the extra workout or do them 2 times, but right now I’m building up and working on consistency In exercising every day! Thank you for all these videos series!!

    I bought a band a few years ago but rarely use it - this was great - the time goes so quickly, and before you know it the routine is over 😢 … note to self … remember to breath when you’re doing the 100 with leg raises 😜😂
