- This is the Day 4 Recap from the so-called "Love Triangle Murder Trial," aka TX v. Kaitlin Armstrong.
Playlist to all videos on this topic: • Love Triangle Murder T...
FOR CONTEXT:
Yoga instructor Kaitlin Armstrong is on trial for murdering a professional bicyclist named Anna Moriah "Mo" Wilson. Kaitlin was in a relationship with professional bicyclist Colin Strickland. When Kaitlin and Colin were on a break in their relationship, Colin very briefly dated Mo. Friends described this as basically a very casual, very brief dating period, without much emotional connection. Things didn't work out romantically for Colin and Mo, but they allegedly remained friends. Prosecutors allege that Kaitlin became very jealous of Mo ever since, and that this jealousy drove her to take Mo's life.
After she was questioned by police, she fled to Costa Rica on her sister's passport, where she dyed her hair and had plastic surgery that changed her face dramatically. After she was apprehended, she tried escaping a second time, this time from a doctor's appointment she had in jail.
Trial in this case began on October 30th in Austin, TX when a jury was paneled. On November 1st, the prosecution and defense gave their opening statements.

I learned earlier this week that I've been suffering from really bad allergies the last couple months. While editing this video, it became increasingly apparent that this was a "bad allergy day" 😂. Thank you for your patience with these recaps!! Also, what do you think--are Colin's inconsistencies enough to start opening up some reasonable doubt for Kaitlin's defense?
Apple cider vinegar in water with lemon helps with my allergies 😊 ❤
7:28ish So as someone who's smoked pot for almost 30 years & who's got family in law enforcement and stuff, we had often times used phrases to say things in a way that's more low key. I bet that text was really worded that way, but that was probably their lingo & I think you'd be safe to assume she probably understood it to mean he took whoever that was some 'flower', as in bud. 😅
& I've been wondering since day 1 if you might have caught the big 'C'? I'm glad that it's just allergies. I hope you get better soon. 😅
@@danysanerd2383 Why try to hide it? (The MJ). It’s legal in so many places and if the “friend” needed pain management, it is so easy to get a medical MJ card. I guess I don’t see it as him trying to hide MJ, but a crappy alibi. Idk, just my two cents, which isn’t much.
No, his testimony doesn’t change the facts
At this point, I also believe Kaitlin is guilty of killing Mo, and nothing I've seen justifies killing her. With that said, Colin was definitely playing Kaitlin (and others, it appears), and I kinda like how hard he was called out on it. Sorry, not sorry. 😂 he's deeply unlikable.
But She also sleep with other men when they on the break, so whats wrong here? not to mention it seems its Mo that keep chasing him, and you can see all the text mostly just normal conversation. if this a case of man kill another man because of a women, we will stop at that and we will not try to pry on that women private life, all we do now is to looking for excuse for Kaitlin.
doesn't matter, unless Mo was coming at Kaitlin with a gun, nothing justifies the killing.
it seems quite clear that everyone knew he was this kind of guy. anyone getting involved must have been aware. either way doesn't excuse killing someone.
it's like, "yes I killed her, but he was FLIRTING!" wtaf?
He was playing them all....what a loser
Hi Alyte!! Avid Strava user here - So in the app if you follow someone you can see their activities and specifically where they start and end on maps. Meaning if Kaitlin was following Mo, and Mo started her Strava activities from the apartment where she was staying, all Kaitlin would need to do is click on an activity map to see the GPS start point of where Mo started. Strava does however have a safety mode in which you can hide start and end point from within a set mile radius of your choosing, but that is not on by default.
My understanding is any user can check out any other user with a public profile. Most pros have public profiles to show off all the riding they do. So Kaitlin wouldn't even have had to follow Mo to see her rides.
Yep! This is also correct, if the profile is public you could go out of your way to search for someone and see all the location information.
@@NicoleChanceDesign That seems... not cool. I suppose all the users know it when they sign up though.
Colin isn’t on trial for being a jerk. Kaitlin’s on trial for murder
Yeah that's kind of my thoughts. He is an asshole, no doubt. But also, Caitlyn chose to stay with him even after she found proof of his infidelity. Doesn't make it cool for him to keep doing it or lie to her or continue to just be a shitty boyfriend in general, but they both had issues they needed to address. Colin being an asshole didn't cause Caitlyn to murder Mo.
The dog in the background in max chill mode. Awesome.
You're right. It actually proves what set off Kaitlin. He is a deeply unlikable jerk.
I think so. It doesn’t need to have been a meticulously thought out plan for it to be murder. It’s enough for the state if she was flew off the handle and chose to follow her to end her life
So because Colin a jerk , we give an excuse to Kaitlin and empathise her action?
@@anubizz3 uhm did you watch the video? She said it DOES NOT excuse the murder. The point is the defense failed miserably to cast doubt that Kaitlin did it. Go find someone else to annoy today.
@@whatelsewouldyoudo No I am not talking to her I responding to your comment.... if this a case of men kill another men because of a women, do we gonna focus on the women instead of the men that pull the trigger? NO she will be just another victim..
@@anubizz3 are you christine armstrong? Hi, nice to meet you.
Isaac's laughing always makes my day. It was a gem!
I know, isn’t it the best?? I’ll take any excuse to include it in a video 😂
@@LegalBytesMedia please never stop using it. It's so wholesome
Colin is playing the ultimate price for being a womanizer. He’s invested in no one but himself. He’s angry at the world for his lifestyle choices.
It saddens me that Mo wasted her time with such a d-bag and ultimately lost her life over it 😢
@@powers64Sadly, Mo would have figured Colin out rapidly and moved on, but was never given the chance.
Huh?
The focus on Colin being a douche is pathetically dishonest and sexist. There was only one person who decided Mo's death. Only one person who decided that Mo's life was worth so little that personal insecurities can express themselves with violence. The piece of shit in this story is Armstrong, all day every day.
It seems he would at least show some grief for Mo's death and talk about getting justice for Mo. Focus on that, at least even pretend to so as not to be a total douche. I also wonder if he just is enraged at Kaitlin. I know I would be and I am. Kaitlin really ruined his life - not forever - but he's had to go through some stuff.
One thing that gets me is that he says he was trying to help her with her career. While he probably did have social contacts, She was doing so well on her own. Winning races and doing really well in her career. I wonder if he latched in to her because of her success and growing fame.
I've had the exact thought. She was a rising superstar. He had to have been attracted to that.
Exactly- she didn’t need his help
I can't believe women are fighting over this guy🤪
Are you a woman?
🤣 Same
@@melodymacken9788 Are you a woman?
I didnt see any evidence mo was fighting anyone
Colin needs to throw his phone in a lake and just chill for a month or two. Assaulting cameramen seems really base and dumb
Fast fashion is not okay, but collecting woman who wear it is absolutely fine? There is no end to how much better he thinks he is than everyone else.
Colin isn’t legally culpable, but he’s a sorry ass player and he played the wrong game. I don’t feel bad for him at all, I think he deserves every bit of discomfort. Both of them were sick and that’s why they were together. If he had any shame, he’d show it. He has none.
Yes, usually sick people attract other sick people.
I wish this trial was streamed
Same here!
Usually when someone has an issue with “fast fashion” it has to do with deeper beliefs, often with having issues with sweat shops and forced labor, as well as the issues with sustainability issue. It rarely has anything to do with it being cheap. In contrast most people who are anti-fast fashion shop at thrift stores.
yes and I can kinda understand that. if I try to hard to reduce single use plastic and bring tumbler everywhere, and my boyfriend use many plastic cups and dishs everyday, I might think we don't get along well 😂😂
17:52 I think it makes total sense he says no I do not know her that well, considering she KIL someone maybe he feels like 'I thought I knew her but I obviously didn’t.' That makes sense to me and is more truthful. Also, your hair matches your gold shirt - so pretty!
One woman lost her life, and another woman allegedly ruined her life for this guy? Ladies, we really need to get better motives when it comes to murder. At least now Collin is likely to be the newest John Ruetten type dude. He didn't do anything criminal, but definitely made things way worse by being a total loser. His "Sad Boy" play sort of falls apart once he starts attacking cameramen.
And for a guy who rides a bicycle for a living for figure..
I agree! Omgosh this dude wasn't worth any girl on girl drama and certainly nothing up to and including MURDER! Plenty of fish in the sea as they say, ladies value You more than your guy or any guy!! 💞 Love yourself better and he's not worth it. Imo this guy some skinny bike rider not attractive, idk, she's going to be found guilty and all that drama got her incarcerated for at least the better part of her life.
Agreed. It honestly comes down to inner childhood wounds. Kaitlin had an anxious attachment love style, and he had an avoidant attachment style with her. His ego and manipulative f-boy ways had a huge play in this happening. Everyone lost in this case. So sad. Knowing when to walk away is so important. Someone said everyone is capable of being a killer. It just takes meeting the right person. That is scary.
@@liz.rawrs9779 I really like your take. To me this is a tragic story of two people with unaddressed mental health issues that got caught in a cycle that kind of synergized and snowballed into something neither of them had the coping skills or support systems to handle. The whole "Colin was always playing games with women" thing seems to rob women of agency imo. Were Colin's actions hurtful to the people he had relationships with? Yeah, for sure, but those people were also in a place where they were okay being in a relationship with a man like Colin. I think people tend to fall in with people that are on their wavelength, and both Colin and Caitlyn were vibrating on the "we both need therapy and maybe a psychiatrist" wavelength. Doesn't excuse Colin for making really shitty decisions, doesn't excuse Caitlyn for making shitty decisions, just two people with some kind of trauma they weren't addressing, shitty behaviors as a result of that trauma and insufficient coping skills when those shitty behaviors led to very uncomfortable emotions.
@@OldManJ3nkins yep. They were both on the same low frequency and why they were attracted to each other. It's not just his fault. It's the two of them together. It's sad that a healthy person got tangled up in the lives of this toxic couple and had her life taken from her.
He's a weak player and now having a pity party.
I am a new sub. You are fantastic ! This case makes me so sad. Colin wanted his worker bee Kaitlin and his Mo cake too. No excuses for taking a life, but I have been with a man like this and you do start to feel as if you are going crazy. Especially when they tell you they aren’t in contact and yet they are - and they are not just friends - there is an undercurrent everyone can feel. It’s a kind of gaslighting that is particularly cruel. I wish both women would have run or cycled the other way quickly and still had their lives.
Worker bee, yes! She was doing his boring paperwork and accounting and advertising. He kept her around for that.
What a toxic relationship Armstrong and Strickland had. He is just a complete jerk towards people in general..trial is showing that. Poor MO , got stuck in their dysfunctional web of a relationship. He is explaining how unhinged Armstrong is becoming and does nothing . In fact he continues his deceit and lies.
Fast fashion relies heavily on sweatshop labor, I didn't hear that in your explanation but for me it's on par with the environmental impact in terms of significance. I am surprised you haven't at least heard of it, recently there have been times I felt like I was wading through anti-fast fashion videos in my recommendations. I think it also carries a stigma of vapidity and easily distracted by shiny rubbish.
But it's not like expensive brands don't use sweatshops. That always feels so strange that ordering from Shein (which I havent done yet) is fast fashion and evil whilst Nike and others also produce in China and they're fine bc they make more profit?
I’ve never heard of it either. If it’s sweatshops in China, wouldn’t everything be considered fast fashion ? Genuinely curious 🤔
@@michele36618 fast fashion isn't intended to last as a piece of clothing, because it's expected that you'll trash it and buy more soon.
Only Sweatshop labor =/= fast fashion. Sweatshop labor is just another part of the Equation of Bad for fast fashion.
And let's face it, plenty of bigger brand names are taking fast fashion ideas into their products, to better guarantee a consistent buyer/user base and absolutely maximize those profits to keep shareholders happy.
At this point, I believe Armstrong is the culprit. I don’t see an alternative that really makes sense. That said, Colin is showing himself to be rather an ass. Even putting his lackluster relationship habits aside, his behavior towards that videographer is not okay. It doesn’t matter how stressed he is or even if he’s got some personal beef with the guy. He doesn’t get to stomp on people’s feet or try to break their expensive equipment. As he scolded his ex, be an adult, Colin.
The facts of the case show that Collin is likely a Narc AH. Him going out of his way to step on that camera man’s foot was just plain weird. He is toxic and he engaged in this toxic relationship with an unstable woman. It’s all so sick.
So Collin is a murderer now because he is a jerk?
@@anubizz3 where did you see “murderer”? I said he’s an A hole. His GF is also an A hole… and also a murderer.
@@GoldieBABYpsb Then why you try so hard on blaming him? instead of focusing on the women that pull the trigger?
I am not to try to give an excuse for his behavior, yeah he is a jerk, but people like you try so hard on give an excuse for Kaitlin behavior, its like we understand why she done it... because she is in toxic relationship...
@@anubizz3 huhhh??? I’m so confused. I think you need to re-read. Maybe the comprehension is off?? I never blamed him. I said he’s an A hole. His behavior is weird so him being in a relationship with a killer is not surprising. They are both mentally “off”. She is the only killer though.
@@GoldieBABYpsb Using internet terms like "Narc AH" makes you sound reactive and uneducated. Just FYI. Poor intellectual trigger discipline.
You know, what's happened here should be a huge life lesson for Colin. I really hope he has learned something about himself and what happened.
RIP.
I'm thrilled to have found your site. Absolutely brilliant.
Rotorua, New Zealand 🇳🇿
I am an Austin resident and have served as both a mirror and Grand jury in that building. Your recaps are well thought out. I like your emphasis on the law and not the click baiter rumors. Collin does seem like a jerk but the digital and surveillance evidence seems to clear him. I will add that I always made it a point to dress professionally for the court house and Collin’s Bro casual look was disrespectful. Thanks for your work, hope you feel better soon.
Somehow that holding a weapon incident reminds me of a certain glove that didn't fit...
That’s another fantastic example of a demonstrative version of the “one question too many.”
Very thorough and insightful recap. Thank you!
Omgggg the dog sleeping in the background! ❤😂❤
Also, I think he’s an unlikeable jerk and those girls deserved better, but I believe she killed Mo and the jury will deliver that verdict. (Maybe the defense is hoping this will lead to a lesser sentence?)
For some people engaging with “fast fashion” is seen as a moral failing. Vapid, shallow, and participating in predatory capitalism.
Note; he has No issues sleeping with her, he just doesn’t see her as a worthy life-partner.
“Flower” is slang for weed buds. When you go to dispensaries it’s the term you use to indicate you want actual marijuana as opposed to vapes, resins, etc
Weed is called Flower when in plant form.
I think anyone in a relationship (insecure or not) would be upset/pissed that their partner was recieving pics like that and not discouraging it! Colin sounds like an arsehole in general
i love watching the puppy wiggles while i enjoy a great court recap
36:47 I love that your puppy sleeps upside-down for the rest of the video. So cute, I love dogs and I love labs.
I'm with you on Colin, he played Mo along, she was obviously into him
Thank you so much for these videos. I just wanted to say I interpreted Kaitlin confusing the Cherrywood/Cheswood neighborhoods differently than you. To me, her saying the wrong neighborhood COULD indicate that she didn't know exactly where Cash lived. As closely as she was allegedly following Mo & following Mo & Colin, I would expect that she would know the proper neighborhood. So far, I still think she's guilty, but I found it very intriguing that she mentioned the wrong area, unless, of course, she was attempting to play dumb.
The irony in buying a gun to protects themselves from “the homeless” just to have one of them use said gun to commit murder. So sad 😞
So many crazy elements!!! I love that you’re covering more!
I’m glad you’re enjoying the coverage!! Definitely looking forward to getting all caught up and covering the rest of the trial 💙
24:15 i think its another use of semantics by the defense here. When someone is talking about a current relationship regarding a past rough patch, even if it was supposed to be the end at that point in time, a "Blip" is pretty synonymous with "Bump in the road" or aforementioned "Rough patch"
Thank you for a fantastic summary!
Colin deserves every second of being uncomfortable in trial for the way he treated these women.
Been waiting for this!!! Love your recaps
This has been a fascinating trial. Thanks for your great videos
Thank you so much for the work you're doing on this trial! Take care of yourself with those allergies! Hope you get better soon!
Thanks for the breakdown. I haven't been following this and it's good to catch up.
Thank you so much for covering this trial! It’s so interesting and I always love your takes. 😊
Great recap!
Thank you for this update - you are doing a great job. I love listening to you on this case. On the subject of Colin being aggressive and outright assaulting the cameraman - let me quote Colin in his interview with Police He stated that if he "thought that Kaitlin was even capable of assault or hit a person, he would immediately have removed himself from the relationship"!! This is his claimed view of anyone who would assault another person!!!! He has done it 3 times in front of the cameras and in front of sheriff officers/security, is it basically says to the world that he is a closeted aggressive person that lashes out when he is not getting his way or is pissed. He did not have the capacity to control himself. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! The camera man has since pushed charges for assault - and I am glad he had done so. It is cut and dry, no denying that Colin took his temper out on that guy - who incidentally was NOT blocking his way, he could have walked forward without ever colliding with him. And I also want to point out the disgusting sheriff that patted him on the back after he stomped on the camera man's foot. Sickening!!! He is not a superstar with his entourage leaving a gig!!!
Colin has been totally inconsistent with his views on Kaitlin. Gentle and Kind, never jealous, never pushing him into anything, etc Then there are the texts that say different. The point where Kaitlin did not seem surprised about Colin being with Mo the night before, comes immediately after telling her Mo is dead, That is shock enough for anyone not to take in anything said after that. Colin did not hang about at that point - he went inside told Kaitlin and immediately left for the police station where police were waiting to interview him. What length of time did she have to start giving a negative reaction to finding out Colin was with Mo the day before? No sticking up for Kaitlin in anyway - I think she did this and the evidence is overwhelming, but looking at it both ways. If she had not done anything and was finding out for the first time Mo was dead and Colin was with her the day before - the thoughts in an innocent Kaitlin's head would be OMG what is going to happen to Colin? what are the police thinking? what are we going to do? Why are they asking Colin down to the station? will he need a lawyer? what should I do? ... strangely enough she called a lawyer they both know. the action that you would assume a confused person would do.
Inconsistencies? I’m pulling up for the tea 😂😂
Thx for the video
Thanks for the recap...I wish we could watch the trial. I assume the verdict will be live streamed. Hoping you do a livestream for that. 🍿🍿🍿
This is the most comprehensive summary! You provided info no one else has…subscribe and like😊 keep up the good work.
Great recap. Thank you. Love your doggo!
Excellent and informative video on such a tragic case. Thank you for breaking it down for us. I will eventually watch all the trial footage I can, but have been incredibly busy. I was pleasantly surprised to listen this comprehensive breakdown of each day. So, thank you again. You rock, sister!
Great job @legalbytes! Followed you faithfully for a couple of years now. Always impressed by your coverage & appreciate the Isaac love 😆
Amazing channel, my new favourite! Great presenter, clear, concise and eloquent. Straight facts so silly chatting 🎉
To me Colleen is a bit of an immature self-centered "star" like many are. He likes the attention and women and was not into Kathlin as she was. It's a very common situation. However he has nothing to do with Kathlin's decision to kill Mo.
As for Kathlin, again another immature young woman who should have walk away this relationship which was unhealthy and where she would never get what she was expecting. Killing Mo was not gonna settled the issues she had in her relationship with Colleen. I dont feel sad or sorry for Kathlin, her jealousy is the cause for a young lady to lose her life and a family broken forever. She can spend her life behind bars as far as I am concerned.
I’m loving your analysis and breakdown on this case. Detail is impressive. I’ve learned a ton. Just discovered your channel. Thanks. I first got into true crime w Alex Murdaugh and the Adelsons. Hope you cover Clenney, Richins and Bridegan in future. Your thoroughness in recounting the story reflects a phenomenal effort! Thanks!
Oh it would make for some " fun " viewing in court but this is such a slam dunk case it's like watching a movie after you've already seen the ending earlier.
since when are homeless people picky about the bikes they steal? ive seen grown men rollin around on 20 year old neon bmx bikes with tassles. made for 8 year old girls.
im enjoying these recaps! just found you, im learning lots.
I’ve been solidly believing Caitlin is the likely murderer. BUT…Colin is deeply unlikeable - and to be honest, I now wonder if he tacitly knew Caitlin did it or was going to do it. When he was so aggressive and cruel to that videographer, going out of his way to hurt him, that’s when all sympathy for him stopped. He sounds devoid of any feelings or emotions when he says that what he didn’t like about Caitlin (or where they differed) is that she purchased from shops like the Gap or H&M. What the heck?!? 99% of all low and middle income people have to buy from fast-fashion retailers, as they are the cheapest. Why does he cite something so limp - and not mention some deep character flaw in his ex - who he claimed now to “not have known well!” What I detect from this stupid pro cyclist is zero sadness or remorse or care for Mo’s family. HE helped to cause her death by dating an unstable woman. At best, he’s a clueless idiotic naive narcissist who didn’t realize his girlfriend had a murderous streak. At worst, he committed the murder or gave a shrug when she set out to do it. He seems just…awful. I hope Mo’s family is okay.
I found out earlier this week that I've been suffering from some pretty bad allergies over the last couple months. While editing, I realized just how apparent it was getting that this was a "bad allergy day" 😂. Thank you all for your patience!! Also, what do you think?? Are these inconsistencies enough to shift this case in favor of the defendant? Let us know in the comments!!
It's obvious you're not feeling well, Alyte. I, for one, appreciate your dedicating the time to do these breakdowns. I always find your perspective well balanced and insightful.
Colin sounds like the real life George Costanza 😂
I feel like Colin is not a good person who was stringing Kaitlin along, even though he had no real interest in her. It also seems like he had flings with other women, even if we don't know how far they actually went. All of that would be quite bad, but it's not illegal. From what we know, it seems like this may have been what triggered Kaitlin to kill Mo. However, I don't think most people would expect that being an asshole in a relationship will lead to someone being murdered. So far, it seems like we have only heard more motives on why Kaitlin may have decided to kill Mo, but nothing that puts the blame on someone else or absolves her.
thanks for going through this for us, you do a fantastic job of describing what was said but also the "feelings" of the courtroom 🥰🐕🐈☕⚖
John Lennon wrote the lyric "Life is what happens to you when you're busy making other plans" and I think that sums up Colin and relationships. I am guessing his sport and career came first and for good reason. Professional sport is a short career and can be a very much shorter if you are not 100% focused and dedicated.
I also think if I thought a friend of mine murdered someone in the way poor Mo was murdered, I might very well answer no to the question of whether I knew them well.
I guess he probably feels some guilt as to what happened to Mo. But he had other female cycling friends and I think there was no sexual relationship at that point real or imagined between them. He seems like a nice guy who liked people and made and valued friendships easily. I don't know what stage of his career he was at, but he may have been keen to coach or mentor her in the future.
Media doesn’t give him any space it would get old and intrusive
Just FYI, Colin will not be getting sponsors back because he stopped riding after the murder happened. His career basically ended that day and he hasn’t tried to pick it back up. That is probably part of his bitterness at the entire situation and possibly why he behaved the way he did in and around court.
Yes, "flowers" is a euphemism for weed. As the part that is smoked is the flowering part of the plant.
7:04 flower is DEFINITELY a euphemism for weed hahaha
I’ve never heard that fashion term either. Re Colin’s behavior either he’s extremely immature or possibly having a meltdown.
Colin is extremely unlikable and played her. Mo got caught up in this mess and di*ed for it. I have always wondered though how the sister didn't know her passport was missing.
Nothing justifies murder in a jealousy case
Fast fashion is a LOT debated and discussed and has been for years so I am a bit surprised you missed out on it! But another aspect of fast fashion is that it is of such poor quality you almost wear it once and then throw it away. .and you have to buy a LOT of it. because.. there is always new things to get.. and then to throw away.
Really appreciate these breakdowns.
The jury will discern the truth….KA is guilty af….she has a personality disorder imo that drove her extreme jealousy to kill her ‘rival’…..not only w/Colin, but also in Mo’s rapid growing success in cycling which fueled her rage….Colin has every right to speak with other women….sadly, he did not completely break off his rel w/KA…..she kept him in a heated sexual hold is what I’ve read….her toxicity & murderous revenge has ruined countless lives which is so tragic
I have a feeling that if Colin had completely broken up with Kaitlin and then continued with hanging out with Mo (even just in a platonic way), they would both be dead. Colin knew she would spiral if he had done that.
Yeah, I have no sympathy for Colin.
Have you heard the Jirad the Completionist charity controversy? Karl Jobst covers it. I want to know more about that if you have anything. Is there any benefit to having charity money sit in a bank account instead of being donated right away? Would love a video on this. I cant make sense why Jirad want to "donate everything at once" after almost 10 years of gathering charity money. What is in it for him?
Kaitlin should have just “let it burn”. Instead she ruined so many lives. Collin felt that way about her but was probably still sleeping with her and was clearly leading her on. He’s a terrible person. I hope men and women learn a lesson from this.
Wonder if Kaitlin would let Colin be charged if the police mistakenly thought he killed Mo? Food for thought..
It's important to emphasize that the boyfriend should not have talked to the police. He was a suspect. That means they gave him the Miranda warning before his "interview". Why is it so hard for people to understand that when police tells you you have the right to remain silent, that means you should STFU and when they tell you you have the right to an attorney, that means you should demand an attorney. It's this silly idea that innocent people have that because they're innocent, they're on the same side as the police. But if the cops think they're on the same side as you are, they don't give you a Miranda warning. If his murder girlfriend was smarter, she could easily have pinned this on him. At that point, innocuous and truthful statements from his interrogation could easily be used to build a case. The truth is not your friend when you're a suspect. You don't want police to have the truth. You want police to have NOTHING.
Not surprisingly, Colin sounds like a dysfunctional dud. There had to be a lot going wrong within him to be in that relationship dynamic.
If Collin can’t make the magazine fit, you cannot acquit…
Do you speed up your videos? It's so so fast. Thankfully i can make playback speed slower.
I have never heard of it either "fast fashion". But that was one of the major things he didn't like? Lol she must have been an angel
❤
addition thoughts : how does Colin charge his phone, while on a motorbike - when he calls Kaitlin and states "hey I was up north delivering flowers etc, etc and my phone died"? but I am calling you now because it miraculously came back to life? When Kaitlin was told Mo was dead, maybe she asked Colin "what happened did she have a bike accident" maybe Colin had that piece of info from the initial contact with the police that she died at the apartment and he told Kaitlin.
You can ask uber eat driver how they charge their phone...
Colin is so funny, i hate her love of fast fashion, but she shouldn't mind that i love cheating on her.
I understand she's guilty of this crime, and she did it conciously. However, I do see Colin's toxic behaviors. He seems very narcissistic, and I honestly feel he was emotionally abusing Kaitlin. He's behaving like a narcissistic person whose mask is falling off. Poor videographer.
The inconsistencies aren't enough. I think Katylin acted alone, due to her jealousy. Running away as she did immediately. It's not as if they were friends that she would be stressed so she went travelling and got plastic surgery.
A photo of a woman in underwear is not “semi-nude,” in my opinion. It is provocative, though.
There’s also a question in my mind of whether it was a lingerie bra or a sports bra. The first would be very provocative and the second could be more normal. Lots of women just wear a sports bra while working out.
pressed charges for stepping on foot......................................
You have never been in Ian’s shoes - he has nothing to do with the murder . Kaitlin is toast
What kind of man cares about “fast fashion“. I think he has a little sugar in his tank which is why he didn’t really like the women he was with
Colin loves the media when it benefits his career…but craps on them here, just doing they’re job…treating that videographer like a gnat. Not remotely cool. I’m sure he’s in complete hell, but that behavior is hard to watch.
If that paparazzi get in Colin's space, too bad. Videographer? Is that a new euphemism?
At the end of the day this guy is a player, and played with both of these women, obviously he didn't kill this young girl but let's face it if he had not been going back and forth and lying to Kaitlin, she definitely had shown him that she was not stable and very insecure! .... probably months prior to all this with Moe, so because of his ego and game playing with women in general it caused this situation where this young girl lost her life. Make no mistake Kaitlin killed her, but if not for his actions Moe would still be alive.
You are Smart, Beautiful, and Amazing… allergies or not❤️
Has anyone every checked Colin's phone for stalkerware?
I must admit I agree with you on a lot of things I do not agree about him just being upset over the trial or his life being ripped apart he targeted that same man twice if it was the thing that was just a general thing about the case being hard or his life being ripped apart he would Target all of them instead it was one specific person he went out of his way to Target two separate times don't tell me that's because of something other than anything personal it was very personal or it wouldn't have been the same person twice
