This is egregious. The cop kept reading the Miranda rights to Jeff when obviously the cop willfully refused to follow his responsibilities regarding those rights himself. I'd like to think that this cop was reprimanded, if not fired, once this footage was seen by his superiors; however, I doubt it. This was not his first time ignoring the rights of detainees, and I'm sure that his superiors knew all about it.
