So I sat and watched every bit of this hearing and then watched all the major news outlets try to describe it. I see why people don't trust the media in this country anymore🎉

As a 30 year arbitration advocate I always instruct my witnesses on cross that there are 4 answers you should give Yes, No, I don't know or I don't understand the question. What she is doing is called the speech, which never ends well.

Have you ever seen a hearing where the witness is hostile, which she was definitely hostile, it get pretty heated and stays heated until the end of the hearing. So nothing is wrong here?????

I think Bruce skipped the part that she confessed she used left over campaign funds for personal expenses.
And he skipped the first witness who said she saw them kissing and hugging in 2019. He separated from his wife in 2015 but stated they’d taped together for the children. His wife was mainly in TX.

Yesterday new evidence came out that placed Mr. Wade in her house on multiple occasions and even one specific time he stayed til 345 am and called her at 405 am when he got home. He was still married at this time. Also they texted each other around a 1000 times a month. It looks really bad cause now both of them had also lied on the stand.
I don’t expect Rivers to say anything about that.
Her team responded that evidence should not be allowed because it was obtained by some software called Hawk Analytics which is accurate only to cell towers. But there is a document showing her office uses the same software in prosecuting cases.

@@TeamBazz Both of you are wrong. Willis testified that he did visit her condo, but they didn't have the romantic relationship at the time. The private investigator Trump's team hired has no way of proving that there was a romantic relationship, the call records were not admitted into evidence and the entire thing is hinging on the private investigator as an expert. The statement that Fannis is using Hawk Analytics to prosecute people is completely meaningless as it can be used if it is introduced properly and it is used to prove location, and nothing else. they are not challenging whether Hawk Analytics works or doesn't work, they challenge whether the results mean what the Trump team say they mean.
In fact there is absolutely no way of proving that there was a romantic relationship going on at that time with the fact that 2 colleagues were at the same geolocation at night- the best case scenario for Trump is if Willis actually did lie and she admits it but we have no way of knowing that now.

That’s a booty call and everyone knows it. I think there’s enough circumstantial evidence to prove they were in a relationship prior to the Trump case appointing.

I think that is a fair criticism, as it's not good optics. In terms of the case though and the fairness od the trial, it really isn't much of anything.

Nathan Wade clearly submitted false documents. The interrogatory asked if he had sexual relations with anyone other than his wife during the marriage to PRESENT! This was filed in 2023 so he absolutely lied. He has to be removed when he is engaged in the very thing he is actively prosecuting others for.

DA Willis submitted Wade’s affidavit to the Court which stated: “In 2022, District Attorney Willis and I developed a personal relationship.” DA Willis and Wade both testified that the relationship started sometime in early 2022.
Wade and Willis exchanged “over 2000 voice calls and just under 12,000 texts messages” from January 1, 2021 through November 30, 2021.
Hence, both lied under oath, which is enough, in and of itself, to have both disqualified.
As I watched their testimony my inner voice said, "these people are self-snitching".

She’s giving her the answers, but she’s also telling her that she paid him cash for those trips they went on… therefore she didn’t benefit from him being hired… that’s what this case is all about, if she benefited in any monetary way through hiring him.. she didn’t, she even says she paid for his birthday trip.. and so on…

Have you ever heard of legally separated? He filed for divorce in Nov 2021 & left the martial home prior to that. That means their relationship/marriage is severed and next comes agreeing on terms esp if kids are involved. Each spouse is free to do as they wish including personal relationships. Sounds like the ex wants every last dime she can get & is willing to work with slimy people trying to ruin his reputation. 2.5yrs is a long time to drag out a divorce proceeding unless you're spiteful. Uncontested divorce in GA takes 30-60 days.

You never mentioned that a witness that worked with her testified under oath they there in a relationship in 2019. Which would mean they both lied under oath not to mention all the vacations were paid from his credit car. She has 0 evidence she gave him any money. If she was prosecuting someone for tax fraud and asking them if they have any proof of where this 'Cash" came from... She would never accept blood sweat and tears as a evidence of where cash came from that she has 0 proof even existed.
These seem like really limited clips that he seems to stop looking at once it gets to the parts that reflect badly on them. Like when he stopped reviewing the guys testimony right as he was caught in a lie and even made out like if he updated it to say he had reciepts after 2022 then that would be fine because it would be truthful, but just skipped by the fact he didn't, he actually updated it in December to again say no, and then once he knew he was going to be caught lying under oath, then he updated it to plead the 5th, which again is not even a yes, it's an I don't want to get caught lying under oath and answering honestly now would do that. Or when Fani got caught out when they confronted her with the total amount of the "cash" she was supposed to have given him being over $10k that she has no way to prove where it came from. Even if her arguement is she had and keeps cash at her house, it has to come from somewhere, it doesn't just appear out of thin air, so she should be able to prove bank withdrawls, but she stated clearly that she couldn't. Even if she had the money sitting in her home to pay out the over $10k, surely she would have had to take out more money to replace it if she really does like keeping large amounts of cash at her home and it is a practice that she has always been in. Something is fishy about the whole thing and Bruce just seems to be ignoring it.

This is advice I always gave my best friend. She was always moving in with guys who were higher status and more educated than her. Also, the divorce has yet to be finalized so your facts were incorrect on that point. Also, one of the questions on the interrogatory asked if he had any romantic relationships during their marriage to include periods of separation. He said "No" but later changed his answer to privileged, after the motion to dismiss was filed. He tried to claim that the marriage ended in 2015 under mutual agreement but no divorce paperwork was filed until 2021. Finally, her father admitted to watching the trial prior to him giving his testimony.
You need to watch the entire hearing and testimony because I watched every minute for 2 days and you are speculating. I usually agree with you but find Wade's testimony. He did not bill for 24hrs of work. His invoices clearly stated "for a 24 hour period".
It's quite funny how we can see Bruce's bias to Fani and against Trump's defense. I think this case is dead in the water as long as Fani is at the helm.
I'm a bit surprised that Bruce would take her claim that she keeps large amounts of cash in her house at face value. An aside Bruce: I have watched and read a lot of reports about this case. If what I learned is true It seems the bulk of Nathan Wades legal work is TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS.
He was one of 3 special prosecutors Fani hired in this RICO case. One of the three not Wade specializes in RICO. He and the other attorney with good legal qualifications were paid $75,000 each whereas Nathan Wade was paid $650,000 including copious amounts of OVERTIME.
This is the reason Fani Willis and Nathan Wade ought to be disqualiied. They perpetuated what to me seem like fraud on the Fulton County voters.

The recently discovered phone and text records clearly show Fani and Wade were in a romantic relationship prior to her hiring him. Better qualified people could have easily been found. He charged the County over $650K for services. He used sone of this money to tske Fani on lavish vacations to Aruba, Belize, Napa Valley, etc. The claim she paid half using cash is unbelievable. They both lied under oath in court. The Judge should disqualify both of them, and her office.
