    • @marcbuerkle
      @marcbuerkle Před měsícem +8

      @@stoiccrane4259 but the sad part is, that people CAN'T govern themselves. There will always be hirarchies. Because of our differences there is no set of rules that really everybody agrees to.
      There is not a single law in the world that every human would accept. From the small stuff like "how fast should you drive in the city" to bigger stuff like "can you murder somebody if they insult you", there will always be different opinions.
      If everybody would agree and also don't break a certain set of rules, then it wouldn't need a controlling government, but this is not reality and will never be.
      And if you let people just "solve the disagreement on your own" you will have people who are willing to enforce their opinions on other people. And what would you call that? That would also be a government, but much more archaic, because then it will be like past times again, the stronger people will win against the weak.
      I wouldn't call that fair or good, but this is also just my opinion and there are people who see this not like that and even WANT it to be like this. If government would not enforce our laws, I could just hurt people so they would do as I want, as long as I am stronger or have better weapons or whatever, the strong, ruthless, brutal and shameless would oppress the people much much more than today. It is absolutely a good thing, that we have a government, for the benefit of most people, because it straightens the imbalance of human differences (like strength and brutality) and makes society a little bit more fair for the weaker people.

    • @stoiccrane4259
      @stoiccrane4259 Před měsícem +4

      @@marcbuerkle When it comes to humans we function on one of two different paradigms. Either animalistically pertaining to the flesh or holistically pertaining to the spirit.
      Man's laws and governments are inherently deficient as they are centered around superficial partisanship as a means to placate those with fiat currency at the expense of everyone else.
      For people resist the inner workings of their conscience and lack self-control over their conduct and fall sway to the more base aspects of the human condition it is necessary to a limited degree.
      For those who incline their eyes towards spiritual pursuits and legitimate virtues external governments are irrelevant because the Law they abide by is far greater than anything flawed man can devise.

I imagine that on some level, you create relationships and bonds. And the families of the criminals absolutely do get their lives ruined. That is ultimately on the criminal and the complacency of the family, but still, it effects a lot of lives when people go to prison and that fact shouldn't be taken lightly. So yeah, he is 100% correct that the government needs to have a conciounce, but sadly a lot of the workers don't, when it comes to criminals.

    I grew up a lifelong drug dealer. However, after my 2nd prison stint for possession with intent. I had to change careers.
    For me, an opportunity arose during a humanitarian crisis. It became nearly impossible to get cash into a war zone. However, i had a prior global network and good heart and found a way to combine both to get cash to those that need it.
    Typically, the cash came from their own accounts. Family payments or fundraisers. Since the war shut down all banking internally.
    Umtimately, there shouldnt be anything illegal about giving ppl access to their own funds.
