Hi Bruce, I am originally from eastern Europe. Regarding the blanket on the wall (4:10) we would do that with blankets and carpets to insulate rooms or the whole home. Especially back in the day everyone was very poor and wood or oil was a temporary investment but a blanket/carpet was a one time investment that would save on heating in the long run. and winters were very long and very very cold out there.

You might like this case then, cuz it’s wierd one. This event ultimately led to the arrest of two Native American folks and implicated one of them in a previous murder. Victim here is Cameron Maurice Jones, and he lives. Story below…
ST. PAUL - A Bemidji woman has pleaded guilty to her role in a murder that took place in August 2019 in the Red Lake Nation.
Alexia Gah Gi Gay Mary Cutbank, 21, of Bemidji, plead guilty on Tuesday, Sept. 20, to aiding and abetting second-degree murder and assault in connection with a shooting that killed 23-year-old Daniel Alan Johnson, of Red Lake, and seriously injured another person.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, on Aug. 12, 2019, Cutbank, along with 21-year-old Mia Faye Sumner, of Duluth, and 31-year-old Daniel Charles Barrett, of Redby, entered Johnson's garage armed with at least one handgun.
Once inside, Cutbank fired multiple gunshots, fatally wounding Johnson and seriously injuring a second person who is not named in court documents.
The three defendants returned to a waiting vehicle, driven by Rose Celeste Siewert, 50, of Cass Lake, and left the scene.
Barrett pleaded guilty on Aug. 16 to one count of aiding and abetting murder in the second degree. Siewert pleaded guilty on Sept. 14 to one count of accessory after the fact.
Sentencing hearings for Cutbank, Barrett and Siewert have not yet been scheduled. Sumner is currently scheduled to go to trial on Oct. 31, the release said.
Cutbank also faces attempted murder charges after a Dec. 29, 2020, shooting in Duluth that investigators said is linked to a November 2020 homicide in the Bemidji area.
In that case, Cutbank, and Seneca Warrior Steeprock, 39, of Savage, are accused of ambushing and shooting Cameron Maurice Jones, of Cass Lake, at least eight times in an apartment near Lake Avenue and West Fourth Street in Duluth.
This case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Red Lake Tribal Police Department, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI Headwaters Safe Trails Task Force, the Duluth Police Department, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the Minnesota Department of Corrections, in collaboration with the United States Attorney’s Office Missing and Murdered Indigenous Persons Initiative.

I live in Europe and it is quite normal for grandmothers to drive mopeds. Most often the basket is loaded up with shopping, she's got a shopping bag hanging from each handlebar and maybe something else between her feet on the floorboard. Or a dog. That's how they get around. And I'm not talking about 50 year olds, some are in their 80's. Different lifestyle here.

Bruce, I like you but I have an issue about how you assume people's houses are a mess because they are bad people or just let the house become filthy out of laziness. In this case, you will see in the end that the woman who was dragging the guy is a drug dealer with a lazy mess in her house. But it turns out that the guy was in her doorway, talking about a meet up with a woman, it had nothing to do with her. They shoot him from outside and in the process her place is tossed. She has no phone and she tries to drag him to the sidewalk to wave down help. They even compliment how clean her place is. In many cases people who have an apartment or trailer are living there because they had to down size for financial reasons. Sometimes you are really depressed and the mess is a symptom of the underlying mental illness. I had a pristine home for 30 years until I started having serious physical challenges and severe depression. I'm no longer able to maintain the level of cleanliness I prefer. It makes me feel even worse than my pending chronic illness diagnosis. Please keep in mind that you never know the story, and in a different world you could have failing health and no help through no fault of your own.

I have been where you are. Focus on the things that you accomplished during the day not all the things you didn’t do. Congratulate yourself on getting out of bed and brushing your teeth. Taking a shower. Focus on small tasks. Don’t overwhelm yourself with all or nothing thinking. Try to keep the negative self talk at bay. Remind yourself that you have an illness. I fought bad depression for years while figuring out finally I have CFS/ME and Fibromyalgia. I have a Psychiatrist and therapist to help still and have beaten the depression part.

They took way too long to get an ambulance to him! They need to watch what they say! He was fine till he said he had A HOLE in his back! There's 8 bullets in him!

I’m not sure if he died or not but i’m so surprised he stayed alive/ conscious for so long he was shot around 10 times who knows how long she was dragging him for before the cops showed up. It’s so crazy to think someone can die from one shot yet someone shot multiple times can survive.

Great video as always, you two! Is there any way the content genius can prevent the echoing that happened in the video when starting the video after the intro? No worries if not :D
