Having her license permanently revoked at 21 says a lot about the choices she’s made.
She has the worst mental issues I’ve ever seen. She needs jail and help.
Not necessarily. The cop explained why her license is revoked. I went through this when I was 16. Got a ticket going 68mph in a 25, (I was a dumb teenager) the judge gave me three choices. I could either pay the fine and it stays on my record, take a class and it gets removed from my record, or do nothing and lose my drivers license. Im guessing the judge gave her the same choices because the class you can take is for first time offenders. You cant just keep taking the class and getting off the hook for stuff. She didnt show up to the class. They revoked her license.
You're right, I didn't even think about that. Damn, something's wrong with her. 💊💉💊
Yeah the dad is probably supplying her drugs.
@@christiangasior4244 If he’s even around. I suspect this apple didn’t fall far from the mommy tree so dad may have split. As Mr Rivers aptly retorts can you imagine being with this thing.

Ikr we’re so lucky to have her on our earth

@@TheXLink Everyone says this, but we all know people like this. It's not that they never face consequences, it's that when they do, they always think it's someone else's fault.
You mean 'rape'? You're welcome.
Can we please address the fact she threatened to cry “R*pe” if the officer touched her? Thank God for body cameras. Absolutely disgusting.
shes fucking reason no one can take real victims at their word. pisses me off, disgusting privileged woman.
It goes the other way too. Our city officers STILL don't have body cams!
I said in another comment section...she's extremely dangerous
Just imagine how many times she's lied on a guy who didn't do what she wanted?
For all the citizens who _have_ been rxped by officers yet nothing was done, I'm sure the cop wouldn't have worried one bit if she attempted to falsely accuse him.
My comment is not excusing her behavior.
That is a horrific, disgusting thing to do.
I'm merely saying that the officer wouldn't have worried if she had tried that crap.
I always told my kids “if you don’t control yourself, someone else will get you under control.” Self control is way underrated.
Who's "rating" the concept of self control?
That word is ridiculously overused, especially on CZcams.

I can’t believe how rude that young woman is. What a piece of work.
This seems extremely normal for people that age in 2023. I've never seen one that is quiet and respectful because they haven't been raised to be so.
I think the cop actually means indefinitely suspended. She just needed a defensive driving class. It's not permanently suspended, he misspoke.
@@arc00tano, I don't lower my expectations to that.
@@arc00taYou’re right, there’s not a single “one” that is quiet in 2023. Meanwhile back in 1967, every young person is quiet. This single incident is the combined fault of every person in every generation younger than me
@@arc00taI teach at a high school, where the kids have to audition to be accepted. They are all polite and respectful. In 4 years I've not seen 1 fight. Also, No education...!
Totally agree! I often think to myself when encountering unreasonable angry people “I get to walk away, but she has to live with herself/himself”
She has gotten away with that behavior her whole life.
I've had a few college students in my class that had never been told, No. They were so insulted that they actually reported me to the Dean...
That certainly screaming out of her attitude that she is definitely been hand fed her entire f****** life and got away with every little thing she's done, you can definitely see it all over the situation! The f****** passenger is trying to reach over and cause drama the f****** person on the phone is trying to tell her to record it and OMG you shouldn't be treated that way how dare they blah blah blah right? So yes she's definitely a spoiled f****** brat
I remember I was bartending and 2 pretty hot chick's came In and wanted 2 beers, when I said their total they responded " we have to pay?!" ... I enjoyed watching open up their purse to dig out their money
Not necessarily. People who have an unaddressed anger problem have it regardless of how much it messes up their life.
Not everybody has learned to control their anger so they don’t have the capacity to stay calm even when it’s really in their best interests. At 21 I’d say this is unlikely to be the first negative consequence caused by her behaviour. Some people just don’t learn though.
Wow, what an unpleasant person. I'm surprised that she has any friends
The way she is speaking to the person on the phone tells me the person on the phone should have said “No” a very long time ago and many, many times. Her behavior is disgusting
I had a colleague like this. Whenever she talked to her parents on the phone she did in just the same manner. I couldn't feel really sorry for the parents as it was likely the product of their parenting, but she was such an annoyance to everyone who had to deal with her.
We were rejoicing when she left for a job in a different company. Good riddance!
@gail242 she's speaking to her "boyfriend" - the father of the 16 yr old girl who is in the car with her.
@@murphychurch8251and that's exactly how this woman is speaking to her boyfriend (the 16 yr old's father) - she sounds like a spoiled child talking to one of their parents. No wonder really, as she's no doubt young enough to be his daughter.
“You put yourself in this situation “ said the LEO. 100% true, why can’t these criminals understand that concept?!
first time they were held accountable.
They hardly ever think about consequences ...
Zero accountability. And I swear more and more young people are being taught this. As in nothing is ever their fault.
They are people first and criminals after the fact.
She's probably the type whose never heard the word "no" or who simply does not think anything they do could be wrong. Glad this happened to her so she can see the consequences if her actions in an extreme situation. I bet she acts like this at home too.
"Anytime you're not handling your shit, you're giving the government a foray into controlling part of your life." What a great way to put it! Very true. Great video :)

Body cams really help cops too. This is going to go so badly for that girl.
"The one that got arrested is my dad's girlfriend" is not what I thought I'd hear. 😐
This video actually made me very sad for the teenage girl. What a dumpster fire her father must be to not only date a 21 year old like that, but leave his daughter in her care. I hope the girl is okay. EDIT: Guys I'm referring to the kid in the car, not the woman driving who got arrested.
yea no wonder she wanted her grandmother to pick her up, I actually thought they were all friends lol, although they're basically peers.
I try to tell my kids how lucky they are every day not to be in situations like this. Mainly when they are being spoiled brats because I’ve spoiled my kids with a much better life than I had growing up!
Accountability for one’s owns actions. Life is hard!
That girl’s father probably would date a child if it was legal. I wouldn’t be surprised if “Ruth” was actually the 16yo’s friend before dad started dating her.
"My mom's going to pay the insurance right now." So that means this girl's mom is trying to fix this situation that her kid's dad's girlfriend caused. What in the actual f*ck??

She must be good in the sack, or else he's deaf, to put up with that voice of hers....

It's refreshing to hear an analysis by an attorney of this high caliber. Makes me feel like I'm back in the police academy.
I got stopped for expired tags. I had totally forgotten to renew them. This was during the height of covid and I'm an RN, was working a lot, under a lot of stress. I told the cops this. I was respectful. I have a clean record, they may have actually checked to see if was actually a nurse. They let me go without a ticket. I went straight home and renewed. But if they were going to ticket me, I would have had no problems with it. I can't believe I forgot. It was the only time.
One time I got pulled over for going a little too fast. My registration was actually due in just a few days (I always wait til the last second) and the cop said it actually was expired. I explained that the date should've been a few days from then and he just says "yeah, the system can sometimes flag it too early" and let me off with a warning since I promised to pay later that day. They'll be understanding if you work with them over minor things
Honestly I've been pulled over and should have got a ticket (for speeding 5 over or a expired tag nothing violent or dangerous ) and because I was respectful and kind I just got a warning and was able to take care of it because i was honest with them

The 3 best advices my dad told me when I was growing up is:
1) Don’t break the law.
2) Don’t roll with people who are breaking the law.
3) Don’t call unwanted attention to yourself.
You do those 3 things and the odds of you ever meeting a policeman in the performance of his or her duties goes down significantly.
It continues to baffle me that so many people just can't help but make their lives more difficult for themselves. Taking accountability for one's mistakes can help avoid a lot of trouble.
Mr Rivers, you make this old lady laugh every day that I watch one of your videos . Your wit and wisdom are priceless ❤

Right doesn’t it take multiple duis to have your license revoked
Driving is a right that Americans lost due to stupidity
or a 21 year old end up with a boyfriend who has a 16 y.o daughter who is calling her grandmother to pick her up
Not if you get them all in one year. Something like 3 or 4 in a year demonstrates a lack of concern for the safety of others. There are other things that get your license revoked. Multiple accidents, failure to pay tickets/appear in court, or even certain medical conditions...
The 16 year old trying to excuse the 21 years behavior is pitiful.
Dad dating a 21 year old is probably why his "family" is in disarray.
Dad dating a 21 year old is probably just the tip of the iceberg. That would be so gross to have your dad date a girl 5 years older than you. Barf.
@@christiangasior4244yeah, that’s what stood out to me! That’s gross.
They learn white privilege early
@@lavinder11 Not really a problem if dad is 22 but considering that his daughter was about 15, it's frightening to think that she looked upon the blonde girl driving as some kind of role model.
About 247 years ago my father was teaching me to drive and he told me that if I were ever stopped by a cop that I was to remain respectful and keep my answers to "No, sir" or "Yes, sir" and that if I thought I had not done what he was charging me with to save it and take my case before a judge. He added something that I have remembered through all the years since then. He said, "Only a fool would start a fight with a man wearing a gun on his hip." This woman should have had my dad give her a few lessons in how to behave during a traffic stop.
If I were whoever she was screeching at saying, "Pack up your f**ing boat and get over here. I'm being arrested." I believe I would have told her I'd be there shortly and then I would proceed to the lake, turn my phone off, and have a wonderful day out on the water. SHE alone made the decision to drive with no license and she alone could handle whatever happened to her as a result of her stupidity. But then I wouldn't be living with that screechy voice anyway so she probably wouldn't be calling me to bail her stupid self out of trouble.
She was angry with the cop because he was making her do something she didn't want to do so like a toddler she was throwing a temper tantrum. It is only in recent years that I have seen a cop say, "You're under arrest" and some entitled BRAT will say, "No, I'm not under arrest." I guess that's a clear signal to the cop that he made a mistake and he needs to just step back and let her go her merry way! Yep, my dad should have had a hand in raising her. I guarantee this traffic stop would never have happened because whatever she did to necessitate taking a class would never have happened. Also, when she was told she had to take a class, she would have taken the test. No doubt about it.
Lol I love your comment! We need more dads like your dad in the world. This whole "let them do whatever makes them happy and keep them from any accountability or inconvenience" way of raising kids is really starting to crop up in society. People don't wanna work because it's too hard. Everyone thinks they can do literally anything they want. Never taught to respect anyone at all.... and since covid its gotten exponentially worse.
Is your dad a turtle?
When I was in my twenties I was driving my friends car (because she was drunk!) and we got pulled over. Her insurance had lapsed but I had no idea. The Cop actually followed us home (it was only 3 miles down the road.) He could have arrested me! I was very polite to him and he could tell I had no idea her insurance had lapses. If I had been nasty to him I am sure he would have arrested me.

In Denmark, decency towards public officials actually trumps free speech. Flipping the finger or badmouthing a police officer is an offence albeit misdemeanor.
Thou shall not physically not verbally attack an official! (they're just doing their job)
Worked in a prison for 9 years. I still don't understand why anyone would live their life engaged with cops, lawyers and courts. Where you have to be evaluated by a psych to be free.
Ruth would have more sense than making a scene and getting the cops involved. Marty would be pissed.
She should be charged for threatening to falsely scream r@p3
If a cop says I can leave, whoever got out of the car better jump back in or get left😂😂😂
7:25 Yes, a felony. And then it's dropped, reduced, and she learns nothing.
"Good morning honey."
"Oh, you think it's a good morning? DOES IT LOOK LIKE A FUCKING GOOD MORNING TO YOU?"
"OK honey, see you later!"
This woman cracks me up. You know that's how the conversation goes lol🤣
The level of immaturity these days is mindblowing.😮
Edit:
Oh, Florida. . Nevermind.🙄
Love the commentary overview on these videos. Keep up the good work 👍🏼
Always nice to wake up to another CLR video! Your videos are always great. You both have a great relationship. I would love to have this kind of relationship with my father
It’s really nice to see a video where a cop is being reasonable and level headed. I still hold out hope that most cops are just regular folks doing a very difficult job, and it’s nice to see.
Unfortunately, it’s more like “a few” and not “most”
In the vast majority of body cam footage that I’ve watched the cops are just like this one, and I’ve watched a lot. The bad interactions obviously just get more attention.
@@cbrreezzyy69it is most. Just sadly the worst ones get the most attention like most things online.
Unfortunately burnout and extreme mandatory overtime creates insane turnover and more burnout. Not sure if you heard about it but a nine one one operator in Phoenix, Arizona was literally worked to her death on mandatory overtime her first day back post-COVID. Pamela Cooper, if you want to look it up, who’d been a dispatcher for 21 years there. I don’t think most people have any clue how truly brutal the work, stress and hours are. I’m really pushing hard for more peer mental health cooperation for first responders, I’m a huge advocate and a member of multiple programs to help others deal with the stress and trauma. (Not law enforcement but a first responder)
I disagree with his assessment that she threatened him. She said “if you break my arm I will punch you…” that is not a threat. In the case of the police officer breaking her arm at that moment she would have every right to punch the cop.
I once got pulled over for leaving what I learned was a herion filled neighborhood apparently (it was my husbands elderly parents house and they definitely do not do that). But the cop pulled me over for not using my turn signal within however many feet away from the stop sign then proceeded to tell me there's been alot of overdoses in the neighborhood and asked if I knew anything about it. Now I'll say I was smoking the devils lettuce when it wasnt legal however I was not doing what he was accusing me of so when he asked to search my car I respectfully declined. He tried saying that made me look suspicious when I had given him all my information I wasn't being uncooperative I told him where I had been. So then I finally just told him look I was pulled over for a turn signal and if he wants to give me a ticket I'll accept it but he was the one who brought drugs up into the conversation so now I'm assuming you're assuming I'm doing these things and you really have the wrong one. He let me go and when I pulled off I realized he had called 4 other cops and a paddy wagon. This man was really thinking he was gonna arrest someone. No self snitching this way Bruce 😅😂😂😂
Wow! He was really just looking for any little reason.
Damn! My bf stopped a cop and asked for directions once, ended up arrested for the cop finding a few pot seeds in the floorboard. He felt like a moron lol
Same EXACT thing happened to me. I got camera’s for my car asap
Who the hell smokes and calls it devil's lettuce bruh
@scubasteve6175 honestly me🤗 ever since I heard it because I find it funny. It's been going on for about 13 yrs now, maybe a little longer😁🤣🤣
The officer petting the dog was very wholesome moment
I love these people who say they’re not under arrest while the cop is actively handcuffing them. 🤦🏻♀️
I have to admit these 2 cops are pretty chill compared to SO MANY OTHER cop videos.
Depens on what videos you eatch. There are more videos where the cops are resonable, but if you dont see them, you dont know about it.
They live in Florida. This young woman is probably par for the course.
I always tell my partner, if I ever get arrested for something heinous and or stupid, get me fkn Bruce Rivers. Whatever he costs
😂 my little sister lives in Glencoe, and I tell her if she gets in trouble I’m calling Bruce lol
These were the nicest officers on planet earth.
Bruce is absolutely right. You could not possibly find a better attorney than himself and his son Michael.
I can’t get passed the racial slur. 🤦🏻♀️. Yet he’s still so nice and respectful, strong personality, or cameras.
What "racial slur"? I didn't hear one.
@@jim6214 At 08:32 she called him a "f**king piece of sh*t Mexican". That's a slur, because she doesn't even know if he's Mexican but she's using the word to be hostile because she clearly hates Mexicans. The passenger, however, was looking his buff Latinx bod up and down when she slid over to the driver's seat.
@jim6214 at about the 8:32 mark, she mumbles "you fu@king piece of s#it Mexican"
@@jim6214I don't think any of them said anything racist. I believe one of them may have said he was being a d*CK at one point. I heard him say to the passengers something like "I am not being a dick" and then stated all the reasons he was justified in arresting the driver.
@@NikkiC777 at around 8:35 she calls the cop a "piece of shit mexican" its kind of hard to hear but its there
Man you’ve been churning out the content like crazy lately Bruce! Content Genius has got you working hard! 😁
Content Genius is a SEXUAL predator too. He must be taking a break from preying on his underage victims in order to create more content. Don't get used to it though. Sexual Predators can't stop their devious behavior for long. He'll be up to his old tricks soon enough.
Probably a little soft on the cases since they're dropping them all anyways
@@Crackrocksteady I am a criminal defense lawyer and I would agree. Absolutely no way in hell they have this much time for content with a full caseload going.
@@Thomas-he1ee depending on where he is if the da is soft on crime or he could he retired and now does this who knows but his content is good
I love Ruth! My favorite is "you don't know shit about fu*k"!
I haven't started the video yet, but it's like you always say Bruce, "you should always try to commit a felony to escape a misdemeanor " !!
Honestly, respect to the cop for peacefully handling the situation. We've seen too many videos where cops are quick to get offended and aggressive and this woman was screaming insults like I'd never seen.
Wonder if the same would have happened if it wasn't a white, blonde, young female and instead a woman of color. 🤔
Have you not watched the other videos with all the diversity you could dream of? Officers deal with so much crap and for the most part are very patient with everyone. Why the constant perpetuation of the one sided racism? Did you notice the black officer there?
Not with women who look like her. Lets be real.
@@hhealy7199 That's a stupid argument, especially with the reality of all the non-confrontational black people who don't resist and get abused and even killed that's the reality we live every day. And you act like they would treat the black cop and the most likely hispanic cop the same way they would treat the white ones If they do to her what they do to us?
The ones who get away with killing us all the time? And they still gave her breaks and didn't even harass the passengers verbally like they do with us to see if they can make other arrests.
@@Its-Always-Something54😢😢 poor you is that what you want ?? Everyone to feel sorry for you ??
You’re cracking me up with the fact that you’re absolutely right about the movie quote. She’s a total jerk and deserves to be arrested.
I like the artwork on the wall directly behind u. 😊 Pleasing colors and shapes…very calming.
Her anger at herself was directed at the Officer.
