No one really explains what you need from the old shocks but since I don’t have the old shocks, I have to buy the stuff..

I wanted to get the xt but I got both deore 6120 for 120€ which is less than only one of the xt would have costed me.

Ive had mine for 7 years now and no problems .Ride it about 7km daily .I use it mainly as a road bike so I have not taken it through much rough terrain .As a road bike I highly recommend it .THey are made by GIant and just rename it Northrock as the Costco brand name

Nice video man!. I have a question. When you buy this aftermarkets shocks and springs. Do you need to have all the oem rubbers, shock mounts, etc? Or are they included with the aftermarket parts?

I picked up a beat N8 for £750. Rebuilt & upgraded it, I’m £1200 in but it’s everything I wanted it to be and looks gorgeous. The conservative geo makes it feel like a long travel trail bike. It’s sick.

i had a fox 36 grip 2 performance elite w. a vorsprung luftkappe. switched to a 2020 Lyrik ultimate with the 2021 air spring upgrade and much prefer it overall.
