First ride on the Rockshox Lyrik Ultimate | Vlog #2

Hey guys, in today’s video I swap a Rockshox Lyrik onto my Specialized Satus and go riding. Then I drop a Grip 2 damper into a Fox 36 Rythm.

i had a fox 36 grip 2 performance elite w. a vorsprung luftkappe. switched to a 2020 Lyrik ultimate with the 2021 air spring upgrade and much prefer it overall.

Tbh was the upgrade worth it? I was comparing my dads 700$ fork to my 300$ fork and tbh besides the thicker stantions I can’t really tell a big difference IMO the compression knob doesn’t do anything

I would say it depends on your skill level and how picky you are. IMO the grip damper is fine for 90% of people. I just got the Grip2 cause it was a really good deal.

@@Kaedenfu I’m not the most pickets person as long as the fork squishes and I can adjust the rebound that’s all I really care
