- Hey guys, in todays video I build my "DREAM BUILD". Bike is Second hand with only a couple rides. Frame has clear braw and ceramic coating, I did it off camera so I wouldn't bore you. Some parts haven't come in yet so I used some old stuff like cranks and handlebars. Other then that, this bike is built perfectly to my liking. Sold the N7, and this is going to be my main bike. More builds coming in the future. Thanks for watching!
Sorry about the dead pixels/dust. Going to get it figured out soon.

Very satisfying
Sick build! Just rebuilt my Fuel EX from the frame up and it feels amazing!
Sweet!
Nice you put in some frame protection where cables run near the linkage I had to learn the hard way to now on the bottom part of my mtbs linkage theres just the raw frame
siiiick bro
Where did you get that down tube protector from?
Noiceeee
What size frame is that? And how tall are you?
Size S4, equivalent to a Size large for normal frames. I’m 5 feet 10 inches.
Why did you sell your n7? I’m kind of concidering doing the same. I keep expecting more from it and still not happy. Spent a good $700 on the bike unfortunately :(
Sold it because of the deal on the status. If you’re considering selling, I’d do it now since bikes are in high demand yet low supply. What “upgrades” did you do?
@@Kaedenfu thats fair enough, I will probably keep the bike for a while, its just hard when i see all these higher end bikes lol. The cable rattle is also doing my head in. I upgraded the damper to the charger rc2, xt brake levers, xt shifter and xt derailer. sorry should have clarified, would be $500usd for you. Im in aus.
You can reduce cable rattle. The reason for the rattle is because the cable clamp near the head tube is too big so it doesn’t actually clamp onto the cable. What I did was wrap electrical tape around the wires while pulling the cable. The electrical tape makes the diameter of the cable bigger so the clamp will actually clamp onto the cable. You pull the cable to have the least amount of cable slack in the frame to it doesn’t clap around. Then you just tighten it up and it should be solved. Hope this made sense.
@@Kaedenfu I’ve done this and I tried pulling it extremely tight and zip tied so it couldn’t go back in the hole and stay taunt. It still just starts making noise again unfortunately
