3:48. Does the pH spritz help with an itchy scalp. I have an itchy scalp between wash days. Could I pour diluted ACV on a cotton swab and dab it on my scalp between wash days? Or does diluted ACV need to be rinsed out too?(im not bothered by the smell) Thanks!

I use Aloe Vera gel as a Humectant, homemade hair oil for moisturizing and my favorite protein products to protect my 4c hair. I don’t use any heat on my hair, but this video is very helpful when I decide to. Good information, thanks for sharing!☺️💜

So I’m sure I don’t have to explain the struggles I’ve had with my hair over the years. I honestly thought my hair was just prone to being brittle & dry. I tried almost every product on the market but my results were always the same…dry & brittle; hair not even hairdressers understood. But when you explained why not using shampoos & conditioners & products that contain emulsifiers, and to only detangle with your fingers…ma’am. What a game changer. You really saved my world. WHAT I USE I just use African black soap, Shea butter, oils, herbs, & my water mix with vegetable glycerin. MY CONDITIONING METHOD I created my own method to condition my hair since I no longer use conditioners. I condition my hair first then I shampoo it only because it’s easier to wash everything at once. What I do is I make an herbal flaxseed gel and I put it on my hair. I let the flaxseed gel air dry till it’s nice and firm in my hair. Shampoo the oil and dried flaxseed gel out of my hair with the African black soap. CASUAL STYLE My regimen is I keep my hair in crochets. They’re soft and lightweight. While my hair is crocheted I keep it spritzed with my glycerin water mix and lightly oiled. CROCHET TAKE DOWN When it’s time to take my braids down I do not use water. Instead, I use my fingers & oil only. Since I have no products on my hair it doesn’t mat up. Detangling is super easy because I don’t wet the hair first. Instead I leave it dry and I use my fingers and oil to unwind the hair. It not only detangle’s easily but it’s very soft. SHAMPOO I wash my hair once a month. I use African black soap to shampoo my hair. After washing my hair I put oil & vegetable glycerin in it while it’s damp. Then I put my hair back into a casual style as you mentioned. Again for me, a casual style is wearing crochets. As I go through to braid my hair down I add Shea butter and oil to the ends of my hair, which makes it softer smoother and easy to braid. REPEAT While it’s in crochets, I repeat the cycle. ❤❤
