      Look into soursop leaves. It’s an anti cancer herb. You can find it in Jamaican , African and Asian shops.

      2 tablespoons Honey & 1 tablespoon baking soda inside of any tea everyday once a day. Sugar attracts cancer baking soda kills it.

    I’m so happy you did this video on Ambunu! I loooooove Ambunu and have used it to wash my hair for years!!! love herbs too and grow a wide variety. While I grow Amla, Moringa, Henna, and Awapuhi, I want to add Ambunu to my garden. I live in south Florida too. ❤❤❤

    In Sierra Leone in my tribe, it is called manigbaa. But I never knew such outstanding use for it, we just eat it. Thank you dear for your knowledge.

    From Northern Cameroon, where it is called gubudo. A variety of the ambunu/gubudo gives sesame.

    I am from northern nigeria, i have been eating ambunu for years while on the other hand looking for where to get ambunu for my hair. I swr i never knew ambunu is karkashi. Ha ignorance is expensive

    I’ve been using ambuno for about 1.5 years now after watching Neki Cakes talk about it. I’ve mostly used this as a prepoo/ detangler.     I have used ambunu for my hair and absolutely loved it. When I was researching it, I found out it is eaten as well. I really would like to plant it and try it.

    Ambunu is a staple of mine, I love it especially for when I was a loose natural with type 4 hair, cut my detangling time in half, now I just use it to moisturize my locs. Where did you find the plant or seeds for your garden? I would love to grow my own

    Can you wash with a harder cleanser and use ambunu for the second cleanse?

      That would be a little over kill. Whether it’s store bought or herbal, it’s best to use one “cleaner” on wash day.

      The seeds are very hard to find. The only place I know of is on Etsy

      @@Slobonthisknobokbaby there’s only one seller on Etsy. There seeds are great but, it’s not available all the time. Also, they are located in Ghana so import fees and customs clearance can be a headache and cause delays. There name on Etsy is Jibril Abdul Razak
