I improved my hair by following these: Having more and more Vitamin C from lemon, orange, kiwi, 8 hours of adequate sleep daily, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fish like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 20 - 30 mins daily. Using mild, pure shampoo, oil, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion twice a week. This is good to control hair fall.

Yes, my hair is exactly at this short length, TWA.
I was maintaining it so well, then got depression again and just couldn't motivate myself to tend to it, so for almost a month my hair has not been washed, moisturized or put into twists! I have 3 large spots on my scalp now; I've never had spots on my scalp before! One of them scabbed and I kept on picking the scab and have now made it worse...i'm worried. Can I send you photos, so you can tell me what to do?
    It's a mess!
But I feel well enough to make an effort, so tommorow I will be washing my hair, using your wonderful clay recipe: Benzonite, Rhasoul, and Kaolin clay mixed with ACV and oil in my hair. This will be followed up by using an oil mix I made using 3 of the highest percent, organic penetrative oils in my scalp and hair folicles and ending it with a sealant oil for my strands.
    THIS IS AN ADD ON
I forgot to say, thank you for your hair products, they have actually grown my hair, despite what I wrote, that is, like I said due to a lack of maintenance NOT YOUR OUTSTANDING AND INCREDIBLE HAIR PRODUCTS!

Can I ask what software do you use for your animation? My friend is studying animation and I want to help her get started on it.

    Hi @Greenbeauty
I use Clay wash in my hair Bi-weekly. Is it okay that only use clay wash to wash my hair? If not, why?

I just recently chopped 12 inches off of my 6 year olds hair leaving around 2-4 inches. How do you feel about knotless braids?

Thanks for this video. Please do a video on growth platue, I've been stuck at shoulder length for the past two years now, nothing seems to work, hair is soft and moisturised yet keeps breaking 😭 can't figure out the problem.

Ayeesha, I hear You-I now just out my natural hair in twists and moisturising twice a week-wash when needed and keep it moving. I've been refreshing my twists every couple of weeks... Had my hair in for almost 3 months. Maybe our growth phases may take years, but that's OK

Sometimes hair can brush on the top of shirts at shoulder length and the ends break off from friction. Try keeping your hair stretched and kept away in twists until you pass shoulder length.

Ayeesha, it sounds like u need to get to the root of the problem. I would start by taking a hair analysis test and change the water u are washing your hair with. This is all relatable, but it can be fixed. I know....

I'm at twa stage, natural for 1.5 yrs, chopped off perm ends last Dec. It is at the base of my neck now. I do a complete wash and deep condition 1x per wk, but I fully wet it at least 3x during that week. Is that too much? I can't go more than 2 days without dousing my hair with water in shower. I don't do twists, I let it be so I wet it so much to style it into my fro better.
