There is water damage behind that wall where you can but you find out later because you gonna keep having plans until they fix that wall on the outside and the inside sorry but you gotta get it done right or you gonna have problems wish you luck

Movement shouldn't be to the extent that it produces a crack for water to enter, especially if the wall has just recently been erected. This is not normal. Movements should only produce hairline cracks, not cracks this wide.

The problem with these local companies, when they install windows, is that they do not apply expandable foam. Ths should be standard. I wonder what they are going to seal it with now the windows are already installed? filling with cement is a temporary solution, as cement is water absorbant and will leak later on. silicon will not last. please buy a good quality expandable foam and take the windows out to apply. I know a person who can do this for you. You can buy the expandable foam from spintex, uht.

You can’t build on the cheap in Ghana

Most people will raise hand and give up. Many just leave and get tired of being scammed. I hope you find competent people. Don’t expect to do that on a budget. You are going to have to spend more and hire from reputable companies that have reputation and give you warranties that their work is guaranteed.

You can’t build a house in Ghana cheaply on a budget. These people will continue to half way do the job so they keep coming back and getting paid. They will spoil your property on purpose.

If you don’t build it right and find competent people, you will never have a house without problems.

Hi Dela, the smile at 11.17 tho 👌. If I had spent so much on the kitchen I would not paint the stains but get a thin piece of white chipboard and cover that whole wall at the back. It only needs the thin stuff say 12mm. If done properly it would be almost imposible for clients to know there was an issue. I think the paint will discolour in time.
