Hi there!
My name is Dela and I moved to Ghana from the UK in 2014. I have been living here with my 4 and trying to build a house in Ghana while establishing the lifestyle that we have craved for years.
On this channel, I'll be showcasing what it's like to live in Ghana and be a part of the diaspora, building a house in Ghana, and some relationship talks too.
I hope you'll enjoy this channel. Don't forget to subscribe if you do!

This is so great to see our African brothers come back to the homeland and invest. Am looking to travel to Ghana and this is the place to be.
Someone told me about this guy's build. Fantastic. If he does turn any into Airbnb my husband and I will absolutely be checking in. This is what we call luxury, inviting with marvelous breath-taking views. Not like some Airbnb we've stayed in in Ghana. Just concrete walls and rubble for views! Bless up to this gentleman.
Same. I hope some will be air bnb. It's nice!
He is really logical and a planner. Nice to hear him speak. Congratulations!
Dre, 2024: ‘It’s just a whole different vibe’.
Great video! I hope they keep some of the greenery!
He is very strategic!
Hey Della! You are the best, you killing it. Go ahead girl!
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾😊 thank you
U are below the market. You are a very reasonable person.
God bless your hard work. Also providing jobs for our folks
Hi Sister Dela, I love this video and what this gentleman is offering. Amazing ideas. I feel you should do something .Why don't you ask this gentleman that instead of given you a commission he should allow your box by dela to be one of the goodies in his air bnb rooms and spas or whatever he is offering to add your box for guests to get you boxes known and if guests love your goods they can find your site to buy more boxes to take as gifts to the friends from where ever came from. What do you think?I don think he will say no. make into a business proposal. I thiink from now own you should be offering your box with some kind of agreement to offer to really good up and coming places. in Ghana. . think about it Sis. you can do it? think about. you can even add other things to you box, you are smart, you can do it❤❤🙏🙏🙏
I actually really like that idea. I’m definitely going to think about how to make that work. Thank you

They can indeed

I wanna meet this brother
What's going on with the windows behind the kitchen cabinets?
Real estate is booming in Ghana...
I love the black and interior design. The cabinets are a little too low for me over the kitchen window.
I’m sure that’s something that can be adjusted.
Your correct. Those cabinets should be removed and a light put there. That's poor design. There might not be storage space in the kitchen for them to put cabinets there.
@@moretodelawhat is the roof made of?
The cabinets over the sink looks more like a valance ...I don't think they are useable maybe he can just remove those...
Amazing Nubian King Dre

Who is his mason? Love the bricks.❤
I was all in on buying a house in Ghana until found out it's all leasehold
Yes, this is something not desirable indeed.
Freehold is quite rare nowadays though.
One of the best guarantors of generational wealth for Ghanaians and I hope they never change the law. Most African Americans don’t but should understand the importance of leasehold ownership. A quick primer, pre colonialism land is owned communally. Individual ownership of land is anathema. It avoids the generational dispossession that happens in the West. The colonizers unsurprisingly came with their freehold concept of land ownership, luckily for Ghana the white men did not stay as long as he did in East Africa and South Africa. Ask them how well that worked for them with the massive theft, dispossession and expropriation that happened and could not be challenged because the courts upheld freehold title claims grandfathered in from colonialism. Luckily for Ghana they were able to revert back to customary land law. You can lease the land and have a right to occupancy but you should never have the right to outright ownership. What Ghana must do is REFORM customary land law so that it is transparent, efficient, clearly documented and formalized in the tax system and corruption free.
Miss a property tax in the US and find out that freehold is not quite a freehold
@blackmac50, Dre will not take your house from you after the 50 years or 100 years. It will always be in your family. You can also resell the House.
Where is the property located?
Aburi
Does Dre have a CZcams channel?
No he doesn’t
@moretodela Thanks!
@@nickaatl8172 He does, its called Dre Taylor. He also has a podcast channel called The Ghana Gamble.
A good Ghanaian landlord will ask for $250k for this house
A greedy Ghanaian may ask for more
Nice property 😂
You all are frauds hahaha
Come on man
Beautiful and reasonable pricing
