As you have already established a relationship with the owners of the nearby resorts (Aqua Safari and Royal Senchi Resorts), can you guys please establish a property/business owners association so the association can collaborate to develop the road network of the area and manage other infrastructure in the area to protect and promote your businesses? This will be helpful and more beneficial as you plan to add outdoor/recreational activities to the business. Vacationers can easily jump into their vehicles and move from one resort to the next easily as we have in CA to enjoy different activities.

Hi Odentaa, you can make your own electrical power for yourself. Get a 4000 gallon water tank . Put it 30 feet high . From tank run 6 inches diameter pipe over the blades of the generator. So when the water fall on it the blades will rotates. Then you have pond to catch the water, and pump that same water to tank. This how you will have electrical power. I am an electrician. I had worked in six Nuclear plants in the United States. .

Great job! God's calling brother! You will always find your niche when you are listening, following, obedient, and take the initiative. Plan on helping the community to maintain that bridge, and look at putting in a second to help divert too much activity on only the one. Example, a going and coming. Hooe you have conference halls too. Be kind to your staff, little surprises, and especially you talk of their commitment. Help them grow too. Plan for small safe tours for guest. Develop a health and fitness center on site. Employ a small medical and fitness staff, and make sure they keep abreast of advances/development to be efficient and relevant. I love what you are doing. So proud of you as if you're my brother. God bless you and your family. Remember to be kind, love and help the poor, the widows, orphans in your community. Love you, God bless again and all the best.

He is creating job opportunities, better lives, and security for people in Ghana. He knows there are some challenges but he welcomes the challenges as opportunities to help his employees, community, and people to learn. He truly like Ghana so much. I thank him, his wife, and wishing them more successes to come.

Immediately, I saw Joe Mettle there, I said I know this place. Brings together the forest, the aqua, the community and artificial structures. Great blend, free natural security. The opposite side and the island on the lake is another key! Kudos Mr. Edmond Ahadome. Will pass through.

🎉I have been to the Adomi Bridge! I wish I could post my picture here from the bridge his hotel is in the back 😂*Attention ALL African Americans you have to go to Ghana before you explore any place else abroad. Especially this region. It is so magnificent and the views will have you in awe.
On my 1st trip to Africa 2022 my Ghanaian husband took me for a weekend getaway (amongst our month trip to Accra) to The Royal Senchi (just down the road) then a tour of the area. BRIDGE VIEW must have been new since he was last home. We will definitely stay at BRIDGE VIEW our next trip back to Ghana. When I saw it up on the hill I thought it was a huge private home.
Once you go to Accra or Volta Region one will no longer stress over trivial disputes in the US. I promise ❤ #home #Ghana
For those of us who have traveled to Ghana it is laughable to hear one brag about going to "Dubai" or even "South Africa" and have never been to 🇬🇭
Let's make going to Ghana cool. Spend your money and time where they desire to see you. IJS

@@Head_OnThis gentleman has been to United States and seen what that country has developed based on the natural environment. He decided to do a " replica" project in Ghana based on what's already done in America. Lighting up the bridge in special colours to mark significant events/hallmarks is done regularly at the Empire State Building in New York. There are activities besides the beach at a Cancun resorts in Mexico. Africans do not have to reinvent the wheel but adapt what's already done using Africa's resources and giving it a classy African vibe. Three years ago I attended a wedding reception at a location " Under the Brooklyn Bridge" which connects Brooklyn and Manhattan in New York. This is a beautiful area in Ghana ripe for development. Best wishes from Jamaican in New York.

Amazing story! However, one common issue that prevents the Diaspora of investing properly in a lot of African countries is the absence or over complexity of the laws. Why would it take over 2 years to acquire land without litigation? The government needs to put processes in place to provide proper land registration documents or files for everyone to do business easily.
