I think that apex’s is it true is basically how in nature an apex predator is the highest on the food chain and the apex (as standard) is the highest so maybe alter is saying ‘ok so you all call yourself the apex predators so let’s see if it’s true’ as if she will be an evil character and will try fight the other legends (probably mainly horizon).
