There is real money on the line and if it was somehow provable that Respawn was behind Destroyer 2009, orgs would no doubt sue and it would be a HUGE scandal as they cost Genburten and Hal each a game or two that could have gone very well for them or very well for any other team. Tournaments are not just played for fun, there are thousands of dollars tied up in all of this not just in terms of winnings but the players themselves are employees of the orgs that employ them and way more than what I've even mentioned here, we are talking people's jobs and livelihoods here.

Bro, what does her being a hacker have to do with her kit? I just realized that. Typically the personality and archetype of a character has ties to their kit: Valk-Fighter Pilot complex
Octane-Daredevil complex
Crypto-Hacker complex
Etcetera.
But Alters previous abilities are present in the Olympus portal teaser. But this trailer teaser shows Alter hacking. I HOPE they changed Alters kit. The other portal stuff is just kinda dumb.

I remember when they added finishers to the game for some characters. Sad you can only get finishers and skydive emotes in an heirloom or mythic.

Top 100 badge feels excessive at least add tiers on it top 100, 1,000 and 10,000. Everyone in top 100 is gonna play 20hrs aday for the whole event .-.
Was thinking about how pointless that was when they previously increased the pred cap from 500 to 750 due to how competitive and bloated the number of apex pros became. 100 is pathetic. Should have been the top %10 of players instead.
