The most feared by who? This character is very well written, has a very straight up motivation and is not sinister or evil at all. For 5-7 year old children - maybe he is spooky, but mind you, Scar or Ursula are both way more frightening to children.

However I'm not due to the fact that things are never black and white. I think what this show does is give perspective to others believes.
