The fact that there are multiple collectors makes me think the collector in eda's dream/nightmare was a diffrent one from this collector since the voice and outfit is diffrent. I am super curious about the other collectors

No. No no no no no no no no no. We don't need any more fuel for the fire, no more new additions to the world, no more new characters. The show is ending, I want to move on with my life. If they save any more big revelations for the finale, It's just going to make it harder for all of us, because the morons that run Disney already ruined the owl house with this mediocre three part finale that they try to use as a season 3. Why are they making us wait for all these stupid specials? Thanks to them wasn't even that good, they wasted too much time with that stupid montage in the opening, everything was all over the place, this is what happened with SU and the Amazing Spider-man 2. EXCESS! TOO MUCH FUCKING EXCESS IN NOT ENOUGH TIME!
I just want the show to END ALREADY and be done with it, or if they are going to continue after the main story, can we just focus on what people really want to see, whatever that is anymore? To the crew of TOH, please, PLEASE just stay in the lane you're in, because this show has caused me nothing but stress for the past few months.

Maybe the Collector is the last of his kind since he said King's dad locked him away and King said that he heard noises while he was still in the egg so maybe that was the Titans fighting the Collectors because they wanted to destroy their planet cause they wouldn't let them capture them and they ended up wiping each other out leaving their kids as the last of their kind since the Collector always says he's tired of being alone and King was sad that he lost his biological family and was left alone.
I hope the Collector is the last of his kind, beacause i not want the others appears and captures witches and demons on the Boiling Isles in the third special will come that in april 8

It's a bit of a long shot theorie but do to small and big for shadowing I think that the titans and collectors were once one with titans being the dark in the light of the collectors where there magic would have been unstoppable as one, but jealously something happened in between the two resolving in a war
I think he isn't but the other Collectors have important work to do conquering worlds or smth. Also in the finale he reveals his brothers, the Archivists are the ones who sent him as a decoy while they could slowly off the Titan population there

I am not entirely sure if the other Collectors and Eclipse Queen will make appearance in present day in the final episode, but I wouldn't surprised we would see them in a flashback. Besides, the watching part of "Watching and Dreaming" is meant to establish Collectors.
Are those his actual parents? I can still Imagine the mom being voiced by Eclipsa herself!

It is firmly my headcanon that the Collectors are amongst the many servants of the Eclipse Queen’s nigh-omnipotent Celestial Bureaucracy.
I know that I am biased about this, but this is one of the reasons why I love The Collector way too much. This is very interesting to observe the murals and the collector storybook in more detail and figure out if they could play a role in the story of The Collector's creation, and his celestial relatives in the future.

If the Collector really *is* a child -- as in he's literally a youngling of his kind -- it could also be said that maybe he just doesn't care for collecting. It's said that children aren't born with hatred or diversity, is it not? It could very well be that the Collector simply doesn't care for destruction and "collecting" and whatnot simply because of their nature as a kid.

I have two ideas for the finale: Maybe the collector's actual name could be Cosmo. And if there is an eclipse queen, I think she could be voiced by Mara Wilson; who's known for playing the title character in the 1996 film: Matilda, and Lily from Thomas and the Magic Railroad.

I do wonder something because of this video. Since the collectors are born from the sun, moon, and planets being aligned, that being extremely rare. Are the collectors unable to be born anymore? Our collector moved the moon off of its cycle. This would probably make it even rarer or impossible for collectors to be born. Perhaps thats why the "Eclipse Queen" would come to the Boiling Isles. Perhaps the Eclipse the draining spell was on would give birth to another collector... but since it was interrupted the collector will fail to be born. So confused that a collector was not born she would check to see what happened? I cant imagine the main threat of the first 2 seasons would just be unimportant to the plot. Though since the show was canceled perhaps it will just be unimportant but I hope not. This is just my theory. Wanted to share.
The Eclipse Queen might try to scorch the earth and burn the air
If there is an Eclipse Queen, then there could be King of [something]. Also, could the Moon just be the “Eclipse Queen” and the Sun, be a King of some type? If not, this could mean there are god like beings still in this universe that are still unknown to us. I wonder if these gods are like the deity from Amphibia. If not, I wonder which one is stronger, and who created who.
I don't know why... but maybe in the end the collector's family comes to return him home and he and King say goodbye in the same way that Eliot and E.T. did it

The whole eclipse queen thing is a reference to Star Vs the forces of evil, Eclipsa. And later on the same page mentions a magic baton which is a ref to the magic wand.

This is very very interesting. It makes the shortening and cancellation of The Owl House all the more tragic as this is a very interesting development that should have been explored in more detail with a full season. Sadly Owl House is just another victim in the cold war going on within Disney.
As a fan of crossover stories, I would love to see The Collectors clash with The Time Lords. One Time Lord in particular.
But since The Owl House and Amphibia are in the same universe, it would be quite the crossover if Cosmic Domino made an appearance as the being who shutdown The Collector's poaching.

I still don't understand what it was or how the draining spell worked. Did the spell take all the magic out of everyone? So why was it affecting Hunter too? Or was it more of a "vampire spell" and drew the blood until everyone was dry...included Hunter?
while i'm not sure what exactly its effect was, i do know that it affected anybody who was 'branded' (i forgor the word..) and thus it would affect hunter and belos with it (both of which do not naturally have magic, but did have sigils)
i think it essentially incinerates/decays whoever wears a sigil (like when eda's arm did upon tearing off)
It didn't take the magic out of everyone, only out of witches with coven sigil. Hunter has coven sigil, Hexside squad doesn't so their magic wasn't affected at all. I think it could be draining magic out of Hunter and Belos, too. A lot of magic had to be put into a grimwalker and Belos put magic in his body with his glyphs and palisman devouring habit. (But they can't use it to cast spells since it's not in a bile sack).

Also, it makes more sense that their parents didn't wage war on Titans, but the Archivists did. I like to think that their parents aren't evil, but too busy to keep their children in check.

one of those pics was in Kings hatching temple and anything spoiler related was gone including the egg the fact the long, thin being is the real Titan while the one King, Lulu, Luz, and Hootsifer, thought was King was really a Titan Trapper, and the fact the sky is vomiting stars of random color.

I know I'm late, but I thought I should say that the phrase "Eclipse Queen" is also partnered with a few other phrases that imply it is a reference to Star Vs. The Forces of Evil, specifically a reference to Eclipsa.

The second page was confirmed to only be a reference to Star vs The Forces of Evil and has very little to do with The Owl House.
This being said, the idea of the Eclipse Queen has gotten so popular, I wouldn't be surprised if she became a canon character in post-show content.
I think the eclipse queen was referring to evelyn do to the fact that she was the earliest that we know about who was able to travel in between the human realm and demon realm

The moon and sun being his parents that, cannot speak parallels with the boiling isles being kings dad. Both are parents that the children cannot talk to. Also king, wanted to be a king, and the collector is what he would be if he had all of that power.
I remember these shapeshifters on Star Trek the next generation and there true form looked like some kind of energy...so what if the Collector's true form is something like that?
I wonder if another collector was born during the draining spell. Because it created an eclipse. The collector might have known this and told belos so when it was made he could play with another collector. And when he was told to stop it he took some convincing. Interesting video nonetheless

Why TF did this show get canceled?
It didn't get cancelled really, it got shortened. Disney Channel in the past couple years has shifted its branding to episodic comedies for younger audiences. Owl House was none of those things, and it didn't start pulling in really good ratings until Season 2, after the decision to cut it short had already been made.
