I managed to get the latest version of Minecraft Java edition to run on a Q9650 based system with 8 gigs of DDR3 and a GT1030 GDDR5 at 75 FPS by just setting it to run with the semi blocking renderer. The Threaded renderer TANKS performance!

I would never need 1000 fps for minecraft but if Cashion (I think that’s the name of the Linux used?) is THAT good, then perhaps it is the best option for me

Arch is actually super easy to install now, as long as your plugged into ethernet, all you do is simply type 'archinstall' and follow the steps from there (unless your on Wi-Fi, thats the only command you need to run)

Hey if anybody is wondering what the best os it is atlas see atlas os focus on useless process on windows 11/10 it is a great os for gameing it made me go from 200 process to 80 it made my low end laptop faster and smoother please guys just try out atlas os you won’t regret a lot of pros use atlas os and got a noticeable fps boost and the speed on their system
