In this video, we're going to show you the best midrange gaming PC build for Minecraft. This PC build is perfect for those who want to play the game on a budget, without sacrificing too much performance.
If you're a gamer who wants to play Minecraft on a budget, then this PC build is perfect for you! It's packed with great features at a mid-range price, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a great Minecraft experience without spending a lot of money. I'm going to be building it, setting it up and testing Minecraft on it and see what performance we get with this! Be sure to let me know in the comments what else you want to see me do with this computer

Note: the Ryzen 5 3600, SSD and GTX 1660 SUPER were all parts I already had so I decided to use them to build this PC with. I know there are better options out there now for this price. Have a good weekend everyone and let me know what you want to see next!
I'm pretty sure you forgot to put thermal paste
@@MohamedOsama-hb8bc no get a job
@@MohamedOsama-hb8bcshut up bro
@@MohamedOsama-hb8bc omg dude how much can you spam
@@2minutesoftech582 There is thermal paste already but the cpu temps are pretty high for stock cooler from amd.
i love the color purple and have been using ur texture pack on cubecraft for a few months now, and its absolutly amazing!! good job
Good video! The only thing I would say is get all the drivers installed. Also, armoury cate is not bloat it is a bit like GeForce experience where you get your drivers and control your fan speed. I would of also opted for a 6600 or the XT variant for your pc and what you are doing the extra vram will help a lot. Also would of loved to see you review the fps on notroclient v4 with the mods and stuff I sent in the discord. I would love to see more IRL style content like this 😊
Yoo wassup aron technic
Hi :)
@@-CloudX Hey!
Hello tecknicks
Ay thank you Tecknix! Maybe I will give amoury crate another chance then. Like I said in the pinned comment I had most of the parts for this PC already
love these vids!
I really enjoyed this video man!
Thank you glad you liked it
you have no idea how much this helped me ive been looking for a cheaper end pc that runs minecraft well and you just saved like a month of my life tysm
keep in mind he is only running 8 chunks which is quite easy to do. it's still a soild pc but don't expect anywhere near the level of fps in practical use
@@nyx36818 chunks is enough for some people also fps boosting texture packs exist
If use sodium and other optimization mods that come with it u might be over 1000 fps in the kind of use u are talking about@@nyx3681
If you watch 5 good FPS boost Tutorials you are able to play on 32 Renderdistance with 400 fps.
My PC is super bad and can play smooth with 100 fps and shaders on 20 Renderdistance
@@1_avokado_178 what are ur PCs specs
The low end laptop will never get old!
I like all videos
You are so good
Thank you :)
We support you for ever :)
Thank you!
Yo this build is fire!!!!
Yo Dan I have a question about the astral 16x texture pack on bedrock. Can you please texture the sword a bit smaller and maybe get hit particles in too. Great texture pack btw.
just built a pc in the same case and love it
Really cool case for that cheap
Yeah suprisingly good quality too
This pc is good im thinking to make it but idk is it good for a main pc i mean could u run more games like call of duty or yk
nice video
Good vid + you didn't Fullscreen when you used Lunar Client
@NotroDan, Where did you get the backround can you tell pls? Thanks
FIRST OMG
This is gonna be fire
Amazing video, I use windows 10 ltsc!
Yess Windows LTSC is the best
Is it good enough to play minecraft in the modded scene? Or is it just regular minecraft ?
i think that tecware case had a chamber case just like the lian o11
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS ❤❤
Thank you!
Nice pc but the gpu looks like it’s sagging a lot. I would screw it into the 2 left slots. Gpu sag might kill performance later down the road
Great video you skills are pretty good and i really like the pc but i would have gone with intels new cpus rather than this
But i think i can build a bettee one for this price
Hey would you still recommend the graphics card for this video or are there any better ones? Just wondering since I may want to build this pc
Oh and could you instead of an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 have a Ryzen 5 5600
you could pair it with an rx 6600 it eats through almost every game in 1080p at like max settings!
@@rishapyadav8727 I ended up building a system with an rx 6700 xt and a ryzen 7 5700x. I would've gone with ryzen 5 5600x but 5700x was cheaper at the time
@@knibbo nice choice :)
@@rishapyadav8727 thank you :)
hello, can you make a video about windows 10 ltsb 2015 or 2016 if they are good for gaming
@NotroDan brother you missed to give the link of the openshell skin(Fluent AME)
Can i plz get it
What gpu for streaming 1080p 60fps in minecraft using medium settings i already have a i5 6400, 16gb ram and 400w psu so what should i get?
RX 580 or 1060(6gb)
I feel like shaders and if available some mods are pretty essential for minecraft pc reviews..
I love your texture pack (astral 16x)
Thank you! Glad you like it
Is it possible to upgrade this build?
My pc is do slow on minecraft shall I get lunar client
his low end pc one, its has completely same specs as my main pc that im using right now, the only difference is i dont have graphics crad on lol, still getting above 200+ fps lol
Also can you use lubuntu
I wish i had a pc like this 😢
@Gabrielgullu wdym no?
you can uncap the fps u can look that up and theres onix client which has toggle sprint fps mod and more stuff
A high-end PC is needed when you want to run Minecraft on Ultra Graphics with low-mid end settings. A mid-end PC is completely fine for running Normal Minecraft 1.20 with a 32x pack and below or Minecraft 1.8 with a 64x pack or below (with low-end settings). Minecraft can run on 30-60 fps on an Optimize Windows OS, with Optimized Minecraft on a low-end/ultra-low end PC.
Couldn't of said it better myself
Ultra graphics as in Ray tracing or as in shaders?
Btw on normal settings I got 110 fps average with a i7 4790 and a prehistoric 2014 amd gpu in 1.20.1 1080p. Minecraft isn't too hard too hard to run tbh. The most demanding thing is ram so just allocate some ram if necessary and your good. At least for me
I wish I had one
How's it handle modded?
That PC is still better than mine, though mine is still midrange.
I get about 400-500 if I have optifine.
I have a ryzen 5700g 16gb ram 2tb but I only get 130 - 160 fps in a normal world is it normal
are you going to give it away? cause im struggling just to even try record mc and i cap about 100fps and this is by watching all your videos on optimizations and Os
Noice
First like and comment ❤
Ok, but now I need to figure out how to get 750 bucks, put the thing together and set it up. Fun.
i would recomend the rx 5700xt instead of the gtx 1660 super
wow i think this is Good For Pubg. but how about rtx 3060 gpu in this PC it fit?
Finally! A gaming youtuber who doesnt use any rgb in their build
You should get rx6600 it is better rtx 3050 and little bit cheaper than 1660 and 1660 it is good for playing minecraft
A mid rang is considered a nasa pc to me also with mcpe you should you onix client
could have got a good micro atx motherboard for £70-90, could have got the 12100f that will be faster than the 3600, or even a 5600 which goes for just £112 for less money paired with a midrange motherboard, 6600 would have been a much better gpu for £180 and you didn't need such a premium ssd! enevything else is 👌
Yeah the WiFi requirement for me was an essential + I wanted delivery as soon as I could hah, I do agree but most the parts for this PC like the Ryzen 5 3600, GTX 1660 and SSD I already had from my upgraded main PC
When I use a Raspberry pi he build for himself an masterpeace PC.
Tbh for minecraft u can throw in an i3 and 1650 and ull be fine
Mom says its my turn to get pinned cuz i use linux
Which one I USE ARCH
Ppl should use windows 98
Ye
nvidia with linux is bad
I use Xbox 360
I wouldve used radeon rx 7600
Make a video on steam deck plsss
You should hace used an AMD GPU like the the Rx 6600, It is more powerfull, i also think It is cheaper. Also a more modern CPU like the i3 13100f. Basically the same as the ltt 500$pc
I have a 6600XT and it's pretty good actually! Due to this being a recording PC I will need NVidias NVEC encoder to record and render videos, if this was a purely gaming rig then AMD GPUs all the way
@@NotroDan you could try to get a 7600 Witch I think can do AV1, correct me if im wrong
I feel like an i5 12400F and an RX 6600 would probably be faster, for around the same price
Ik this is your old pc (i think) but just a little tip for comment readers :)
12100f or 5600 paired with a much cheaper motherboard would be ideal, 12400f is way too inefficient with power and expensive
Yes maybe I will make some PC lists in the future for people who are interested
I give me a release date for the notro client 😅
the only thing u need to play minecraft is like 80-100 fps with no stutters
bri i got max 20 fps but when i play in my friends premium acc with a client like feather i got 50+
Now make a nasa pc to compare it with the mid range and low end one
High End PC coming soon
Love from india 🇮🇳
But i have no pc but video whatc ❤
You can suerly get much better performance and better specs at this price dan built the pc ifbyou add a lil more like a 100dollars it will be a beast gaming pc
try simply optimized with this pc
My who's using my moms low end laptop ._. : I want that PC T_T
Edit: also bruh imagine if you do some changes in the settings you'll probably get more than 2000 fos 😶
:D
I am comfuzed cuz i have a new m.2 ssd but my bios do not recinize it ive been trying to use it for 1 month
Does windows detect it?
@@NotroDan windows does detect it its only the bios that doesnt. But im going to let it get cheked today.
yo Notro , ik this seems weired but could I have that pc since I dont have a pc.
ur lucky u have good pc mine is potato ):
u could take rx6600 its way way better or rx5700xt USED its even better and cheap you can buy it with like 150$ and it can even run 2k with high sittings and high refresh rate (i don't think you can find a new one)
Can this build stream 1.8.9 lunar on 400+ fps?
What the heck are you going to do with 400 fps??
@@Sanskarjadhav232 do you know what fps is
@@FlameBoltmc yes
2nd
You can also put in a intel arc 750 that has the same performance of a 3060
can i find a good midrange pc for less than $
500
not realy
hiiii
I couldnt get one for 730 bucks rn it costs 1000 bucks even without a monitor 😭
rog hyperion gr701 rtx 4090 i9 13900k AGB Ryujin 24GB 1400 MHz ASUS ROG 790
can u plz do vedio of a cracked client that have all versions
I have a k600 gpu that what is so bad your pc is 100x better than my pc
My PC has an Intel core i7 processor, 32gb of RAM, 1tb of SSD, and a Nvidia 1030 graphics card
All for £320
Total cost?
721$
I wouldn't say $731 is enough for a Mid-Range, but nice build nonetheless
ayo wtf, even $600 is more than enough for a 1080p 165fps build using all brand new parts
@@wlej3886 The fps varies a lot depending on what you're playing.
My setup has a 1060 6gb and a Core i7-8700 and can barely run most slightly demanding games at 60 fps.
Sure, it's old, but I would say that to get a new Mid-range PC, you would have to get closer to 1k+
High end would be around 2k+ or somewhere close to that. Prices are high these days.
spoiled rich kids these days
@garbagepotato0 you're just broke 😂
@@garbagepotato You don't need to have a mid-range PC to have a good experience, though.
Could you plzz Do a giveaway on this pc i really need a pc plzz
big Fan Btw..
75th like
Did i see bro not putting thermal paste 😅😂
The amd cooler already has it applied
guys cheack out the RX 6700 in my country its too cheap
:P
Builds $700 pc
“I was expecting 30 fps”
soar clint pls,
Might do some more client reviews after Notro Client release
the RX 6600 would have been a better budget option its faster than the 1660 Super and has 8 GB VRAM vs the 6 GB on the 1660 while only costing around $200 brand new on average
rx 6650 xt better like 250 dollars
@@ZakzyWay That maybe true but my whole point for choosing the RX 6600 was for it to be the cheapest option without it going into the used market or having crappy performance due to the card being too low end and the 6600 seemed like the best balance for the cheapest price while also being roughly 25% faster on average than the 1660 Super
For what I do - recording, editing and rendering an Nvidia card made more sense.
Its good to have a good pc but its not gonna fix skill issue that everyone has
bro your saying that a " MId Range Gaming Setup " that setup is lettraly worth 208,138 rs in Pakistan
How much
Give me the pc
You can also get something a little bit cheaper without even a gpu.
APU: Ryzen 5600G
Mobo: b550m gigabyte (or even others at a low price)
Psu: you can take a be quiet pure power 11 or something like system power
RAM: G skill ripjaws v 16gb 3200mhz (works better than the Corsair with the ryzen)
SSD: WD Blue SN570 1TB or Kingston NV2 if you want to be cheap but if you can spend some more money you can take a better one
Case: Personally I use a cougar MX410 MESH-G RGB but if you can't find it you can surely find a cheap rgb with good fans
Lots of these parts I had already and the rest I went with whatever I could get the soonest from amazon
I built a 1080 ti ryzen 5 5600x and 32gb ram for 600$
1080ti what a card
Give me these pc plz😅😅
A GTX 1660 Super for $250? Notro, you got ripped off. You can get an RX 6650 XT for the same price, if not lower.
giveaway this pc plz ;)
you forgot thermal paste
It came as part of the cooler
could of gotten a 3060 12gb for £30 more
or rx 6600
Already had a 1660 SUPER from my old PC so I just used that. If I was buying a new card 3060 makes more sense for what I do
