Penn Waste • Mack LR EZ Pack Curotto Can Garbage Truck
Here we have Penn Waste's newest configuration, EZ Pack Curottos. So far, two of them have been on the road for less than a month, and I believe more than 10 are still on order to arrive later in 2024. The few drivers that have tried them out seem to really like them, and are getting better by the day. This was only the drivers second partial day with the truck, so it'll be interesting to go back at a later time and see how much his operating style evolves and improves after coming from his Labrie.

Packed out? I think you mean packed in. The garbage is packed in the truck. Same thing when someone says a they "painted out" a room." It's fucking packed or painted. what the fuck is out for? And these old timers are stupid the way they're heaving heavy cans around. Great way to be outta work for six month or more idiots. yeah yeah, gotta get it done right? My old split body Automizer I used to drive came from Ocean City. The company I used to work for bought it and sent it to Canada and had it turned into a split body.

Back in 2011 Republic ordered an entirely new CNG fleet here locally, replacing all the commercial FLs with ACX/Wittkes. Two of those Standup/Resi Carry Cans came with it too. They were used here only for a year or two before they got sent away to another yard. I saw something on Facebook a year or two ago, and they were both running commercial routes over in New Jersey. One took down some power lines and caught fire, but the other one I’m not sure about. I know all 15 of their commercial sisters are in horrible shape, and besides 2 of them, all have been shipped out to other sites around the region or are sitting in death row getting picked clean of usable parts.
