Here's a video of Collin and Christian flying through a Saturday Yard Waste route in 386, one of the few cabover rearloaders Penn runs. There's not really much else to say on this one, its pretty straightforward and entertaining!

are those rehrig and triple r cans free from the city ?

They're either free or like $10. Most of them have been around for a long time. The blue Rehrigs are the recycling containers they used to use, and now that they rolled out carts for recycling, most are used for yard waste.
